  First these clowns charge me $5 for a “bad address fee” when I NEVER CHANGED MY ADDRESS. I continued to get all other mail from different businesses. So how did my address become bad? So then my account was closed on me. Then today I try to open an account and they took forever smoozing with the customer in front of me. So after waiting an hour. I left and opened an account at First Commonwealth Credit Union down the street who are open until 1pm. I was nervous I would be SOL because it was crowded but it took less than 15 minutes to open an account! Very efficient First Commonwealth is the new wave! Fudge People’s First they are outdated! I called y’all to fix my address and it still happened. Next is to close my kids savings accounts there and move them over to First Commonwealth

  This is a great bank. The people there ate so nice and helpful. Tiffany the teller and Amy are the two people I usually deal with. They are like friends!

  They are unprofessional, unorganized, and very rude. I tried to open an account with them, the account was denied, and I was fine with that. But, my money was pulled from my current account (with no account opened) and when I called about my money twice, both women had a nasty attitude. The first lady tried to argue with me about the account. Which I had already to her I was fine with it not being approved. I finally get someone to tell me abouty money, that I haven't gotten in two weeks, and she tell me they mailed a check. Why mail a check when you pulled the money from my account. I was going to visit a branch location to open an account, but if dealing with them over the phone is that bad, I don't want anymore dealings with them at all.

  Today I went to People First FCU Nazareth and was treated with enthusiasm, respect and excellent customer service! That was not my experience in the past but today made up for the previous experience. Gary was professional, very meticulous with details and ensured I was comfortable with all the information he explained to me. I’m now excited to be part of People First FCU and would recommend them to family and friends! Thank you Gary! 🙂

  Give me a hassle EVERY TIME we go to pay car payment. My husband dropped off and went in, and each time it took over a half an hour! Lousy service and unknowledgeable staff.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. They want nothing but your money. If you need a loan they won’t give it to you even if you have perfect credit, but they will take your money. I waited over 2 months to get a debit card from them as well, and every time I went in I was treated horribly with terrible service and terrible workers. I wouldn’t recommend this bank to my worst enemy. DO NOT DO BANKING HERE.

  Why are there so many issues with this location? Nazareth Branch closed to public unless you have an appointment. Does anyone answer the phones? I've been on hold for a solid 10 minutes just waiting to speak with someone at the branch.. I'm rethinking about banking here.

  Very unprofessional. You can very much tell there is a large amount of inappropriate behavior going on at this particular branch With some of the younger females that are employed there and companies they contract with. Management should observe more of this behavior. If men are around you can very much tell the difference between these ladies talking to the female customers and the amount of attention they would should male clients.
