She has gone far beyond the extra mile to take care of any issues that I might have. She anticipates any future issues that I might have and takes care of them long before they are problems for me. I have received excellent service from all departments of Danville Toyota!

Jonny A.1Called to schedule service, they were having trouble with their phones. So I couldn't be transferred to service department, left my phone # for someone from service to call back. No one ever called back. I then proceeded to schedule service online. Got my appointment Confirmation printed it out, planned the whole day around it, had my ride. Then I get there and turns out they cant take my car and my appointment confirmation means nothing. Disappointing

kim pace1Okay so my fiance called and inquired about a FJ cruiser and spoke to the people for over two weeks since she lives in Augusta. She made an offer which the dealership turned down. They told her that if she would pay the price the website stated that the owner would sell her the vehicle. She called a couple days later to let them know she would make the trip there and come look at it. She was then told that the owner of Danville Toyota had the vehicle at his house and would make sure that he would still sell it. They called her back to tell her that the owner had decided to keep the vehicle. I ask you what kind of dealership does business like this? I mean seriously after over 2 weeks of talking and negotiating the price to be treated that way? I had worked in a car dealership for 13 years and never had heard of such bad business dealings ever. Danville Toyota is seriously lacking in professionalism as well as customer service skills. Not to mention is owned by what seems to be someone who is out to string along the consumer for his own personal gain.

When I reached our via email to seek assistance, the response provided by this dealership was, "my hands are tide" without even knowing what I was needing. All it would of taken was a follow up call to identify my concern and seek a suitable option. Unfortunately, that step was never taken.

Owen is by far the salesman to see, besides being my daddy he is definitely great at what he does. 3 cars later and he still has me questioning trading in and upgrading all the time! So if he can sell to his own kids I’d say he’s pretty good at sealing the deal!!!
