      Horrible customer service. Came to cash a check today first time ever dealing with this bank and was considering switching via my family's long-standing account with SunTrust but after this experience I can say it will never happen. 45 minutes in the teller line with only one other car

      Horrible services. Tried to see the same person 3x. I finally got to see her brought prove of IDs and documents. She put me through interrogation processes for trying to establish link from 3rd party 529 College investment into my Checking so I can pay my son tuition next year. She even asked me why I want to do it now versus next year?? I was like why is that your business? She kept using the same excused, to protect her job.

      Terrible and very disappointing staff and management. Yes management!! For any issues we are to go to local bank to take care of issues. Instead they tel us to call customer service. I have been with BBT over 17 years, we have business account. Today we went to deposit money they told us your account has been closed. I asked why? They don’t know, the management response is, they have decided to close your account. And what are you all highly paid people in management doing if you can answer my question or fix the issue with my account…. Pathetic, unqualified and poor management at the bank. Yes!!! Name of my business is G&M mini Market. I called bank they don’t know anything I called 1-800 number they can’t do anything. Manager is not available they can only pass the message to manager. How pathetic and miserable management. Never going to the bank again.

      The lousiest bank I have ever dealt with, HANS DOWN! I, too, have experienced ALL of the other posted complaints as well! Called the B.B.& T.'s main office and spoke with a woman representative that assured me the issues would be looked into and addressed. I see No improvement what so ever! I even mentioned it to the branch manager (Tony A. Reese) he acknowledged the problems and said he was working on improvements. I HAVE SEEN NONE! My advice, take names of those you may speak to and add those individuals to your posts.

      Spent 35 mins on hold waiting for the fraud department. Spent 15 on hold trying to speak to a teller. Spent 19 mins on hold waiting for customer service..... I want that hour of my life back.... But I can’t get that so instead I’m gunna just close out the account. It’s a shame when a company gets bigger it starts to care less and less about its customers.

      This is a beautiful facility. The staff is very friendly and helpful. However they are not staffed for the amount of business they have. There is no urgency to wait on the customers. Brenda, Amber and Joe are excellent. If they are not there, the wait is forever. Often times customers will leave simply because it is taking too long to be helped. This is frustrating. I also think that employees should not be allowed to smoke in front of the bank. Very unprofessional.

      I travel for work and visit many BB&T locations. Danville is the worst!! The wait time is ALWAYS incredibly long. Im currently in line, one teller in drive thru and one working the counter, eight people in line. On a prior visit 2 associates were in an office having a conversation with a customer on speaker phone regarding the customers account with the door open for all to hear. When I mentioned how inappropriate it was to the teller she agreed.

      This bank never has enough tellers working! Expect a long wait every time you go there. Especially at the Daville office. Numerous complaints have been made by many with no results. I am glad to see that I am not the only one that feels this way

      Worst bank service EVER! Every time I go it's an issue with the ATM, every time. In this day and age convenience is everything, you wont get it here.
