  Went to Danny's today and had a great experience. Talked to every employee that was there and everyone of them was nice. I selected a item today to put in layaway and we worked out a deal on the down payment takeing alittle less then usual for my convenience. Everyone definitely check this place out. Been in a few other times and had the same "hi how r u today" greeting Everytime .

  I recently moved but needed more postage stamps. They boxed up my order and shipped it promptly. I am very tickled with the transaction. Helpful and polite. Would use again.

  I bought a bass here when it was in Downtown Christiansburg. I only wish we could’ve worked out the deal on a bass I was recently looking at. But, it just didn’t work out. I’ve been visiting pawn shops around the local area for more than 20 yrs. I even had the pleasure of working for a great individual by the name of Mike. One thing it did. It helped me understand more of the behind the scenes of pawn shops. The number one thing I can say about this pawn shop. Never assume the customer your speaking to is absent of any intelligence. When you do. It’s normally down hill from there on. Their shops that will make you feel as tho your stuff is worthless and that you know absolutely nothing about what you have brought. I wish they would stop doing that. That’s where they lack in wisdom and maturity. Pawn shops are not the go to place if you want to learn or receive proper customer service. Most shops won’t allow you to leave with warm fuzzy feelings or feeling like wow I got a really great deal. Their idea of success is seeing you leave scratching your head and wondering what just happened. Oh and why do you only have $40 in your hand for 70” Samsung 4K TV? I feel some pawn shop employees get their kicks off of taking what people have for as little as they can possibly get it. Because they know they people standing in front of them really need the money. They have no choice but to pawn it or sell it. If your one of those leave the pawn business to someone else. Or change your attitude.

  I collect movies and Danny's has the best & cleanest selection I've ever seen! The movies are all alphabatized and in their own genre sections, so nice for easy searching! They also have great cheap deals! JV helped me and is so nice, they definitely have all my future business : )

  Danny's has ALWAYS been a reliable source when I'm in need of quick cash till payday!!! Recently I was a few days late picking up my pawn. I was not charged the late fee. And also made an offer from Scott and the Owner Cody (witch I accepted ). Afterwards i needed to pawn my laptop again. In need till payday and I was given an acceptable amount & since you don't get A WHOLE lot it makes it more reasonable for the " Pawnee " (me) to afford and retrieve my items back. Last ti.e I was I. There just a few days ago. There was a box of do aged Video games and movies and Scott ( appraiser) let me have a few I noticed for FREE. Good people on the buissnes of trade and AS long as you have respect for yourself an others you will get the same in return from the " Danny's Family " Peace Always! Kaiti & Matt
