  The black haired younger girl who works in there has ZERO people skills of any kind whatsoever. Very rude! Acted like I was bothering her by simply inquiring on the firearms. IT IS YOUR JOB TO BE COURTEOUS AND WAIT ON CUSTOMERS! GET OFF YOUR PHONE AND DO SOMETHING!!!!

  Shop is OK at best, they don't greet you what so ever, very disappointing with customer service, seems like they want to be left alone like your in there interrupting their quiet time. I do a lot of shopping between the local pawn shops and the prices by far are the highest at this shop it is no wonder they have a large selection, nothing gets sold unless the purchaser is desperate for that item especially firearms! negotiating with them is a joke! Rather than accepting a very reasonable offer on an item that has been sitting on the shelf for more than a year, they will counter offer with a TAX difference or let it sit on the shelf another year. Be patient and shop other pawn shops before committing to purchasing anything from here.

  Walk in a stranger leave as friends! Awesome staff willing to help anyway possible. Large firearm selection and knowledgeable staff to help choose what you're looking for, both new and used. I send people there all the time and if you're looking into visiting them I highly recommend you do so.

  Great owners. Great place. Great prices. Went in today and purchased a deer rifle from them and couldn’t be happier with the service, the fairness in price and the overall atmosphere! These individuals exemplify what kind of experience a local business should impart unto their patrons and I won’t take my business anywhere else! Thank y’all! I’ll bring that meat in as soon as I bag one!

  Great selection of firearms both new and used willing to do special orders but is a little higher in comparison to others in the area on special orders. Good selection of Blackhawk© gear as well. Also has told and other typical pawn shop swag.

  Its a great store with very friendly and understanding people. Im disabled and couldnt get in the store to make my payment and i called and the man that answered said he would come out and meet me and get my payment and he did and then he brought my paper and my change back. What other pawn shops would do things like that. None that i know and ive went to all of them. This is the only pawn shop i will ever deal with. Keep doing the great work your doing Pawn Plus.
