  Dan is awesome! My husband and I recently refinanced our home. Dan went out of his way to make this experience as easy as possible for us. He was available to answer our questions day or night. Dan goes above and beyond for his clients. He was always willing to work around our schedules despite having a hectic schedule himself. He frequently updated us through the whole process letting us know how things were going. We highly recommend Dan the Mortgage Man!

  Dan made the daunting task of getting a mortgage extremely easy! He was friendly and knowledgable throughout the entire process, walking us through what we needed to know and making sure we stayed on top of keeping our closing on track. Dan was always available when we needed him and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great rate and easy process.

  We have worked with Dan twice and couldn't be happier. Sure, a lot of people can process a loan, but not everyone is willing to put in the time to prepare and educate a client. That is what makes Dan stand out. The first time I thought we were a year away from getting approved for the type of house we wanted. Most mortgage brokers didn't want to be bothered unless they were getting immediate business. Dan is different. He sat down at our dinning room table for three hours and went over everything in great detail (as our three young kids ran around the house and played. I couldn't imagine brining a toddler to a long meeting about a mortgage and my wife was so happy he came to us). He told us we were closer than we thought and explained to us (in simple ways we could understand) what we need to do in order to get approved for the amount that we wanted. A couple months later we got approved without any issues and now live in our forever home. None of that would have been possible if it weren't for Dan. The second time we worked with Dan was to refinance years later. Once again, he explained in great detail where we were and what we needed to do in order to get the lowest rate possible. Once again, we followed Dan's advice and just closed out refi without any issues and saved a ton of money on our monthly mortgage bill. Again, we couldn't be happier.

  Dan was great to work with. He made the buying process with paperwork etc, efficient, quick and smooth. Working with Dan, I didn’t have to worry about anything. He answered all my questions anytime of the day he is only a Text away. Very knowledgeable, learned a lot my awesome realtor recommended me and I am so happy and please he did. He is awesome I highly recommend Dan the mortgage Man!! He is Great😊

  We recently worked with Dan on the purchase of our new home. I was pleasantly surprised to see the amount of detail put into his work, and how responsive he was to every little question that we had. It can be a confusing process but Dan went above & beyond to guide us through, offer suggestions and really educated us so we could make the most informed decisions.   I knew Dan way back when we worked at the restaurant business. When the time came to buy my first home I knew exactly he will be the person I can trust to be my broker. Dan is not just a person who you will rely on to give you a good mortgage rate he goes beyond that. He will be there to answer all the questions and provide answers and suggestions that will fit your budget. He will go above and beyond, but will make sure that you are comfortable with every single aspect of his service. He will be there for you as a support during the mortgage process not only as a broker, but mostly as your friend. Highly recommend.

  Dan is an incredible asset to the home buying process; I cannot recommend him enough. We were faced with our landlord not renewing our lease just before it terminated at the end of June 2020, during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. We had just 60 days to find a home, complete the mortgage/purchasing process, and move. This was our first home, so we were completely walking into the unknown. Dan guided us through every step of the purchasing process. Any questions we had about the process, he was able to answer in a way that was reassuring and easy to understand. He was always on the ball, at all hours of the day, whether it was following up on a delayed appraisal or just sending us a text to keep us updated and the process moving. We were able to purchase our home with an excellent rate and move with a full week to spare. Truly a testament to Dan's dedication to making it happen. I truly do not think you can find someone as competent, friendly, hard-working, or professional as Dan to assist you with your home buying process. If you are starting the process of buying a home, get in contact with him, you will not regret it.

  Dan helped us put a house back in April. He was very helpful and understanding as it was our first time buying. He answered all the questions we had and answered all the texts I sent when I had questions. He even sat down with us at closing at explained everything to us. I recommend Dan to any one. He knows his stuff and is very friendly and easy to work with.

  Dan was awesome through the whole home buying process. They say that purchasing a home is the scariest thing to do, but Dan made it super easy and not scary. He answered every question no matter how many or how stupid. He always answered no matter what time of the day, and he always made sure I understood what was going on! Dan was referred by a friend, and once I spoke with him I knew I wanted him to help my husband and I with purchasing our house. He was amazing through the whole process. If we ever buy again, Dan will be our mortgage man, again. He’s a great guy who loves what he does and it shows!

  Dan helped us with our mortgage for our first home and we could not have been in better hands! I would say we were incredibly lucky to have Dan to guide us through the experience. Dan is incredibly knowledgeable and is very patient and willing to share that knowledge. I asked him question after question and he was always more than willing to walk me through it so that we understood what we were looking at, what it would mean. We truly felt that we were in the best hands possible and that Dan had our best interests at heart. Aside from his incredible wealth of knowledge regarding real estate and mortgages he is friendly, very funny, and professional. I have recommended him to numerous friends/family for first time homes, second homes, and re-financing. I will continue to recommend him to anyone I speak to; you will not regret your decision!
