  I've been banking with them since I was a kid. While many banks have grown to integrate new technology, Beneficial seems to have taken a step backwards. Depositing checks (through the mobile app) is only effective if you do it Tuesdays through Thursdays. If you do it any other time, you're at the mercy of the system - which apparently takes Mondays off.

  I opened an account here on the 20th.Excited to come to a new bank.I was given incorrect information when I entered this branch on my next visit returning 2 days later.In addition come to find out the branch specialist who opened my account never even mailed out my debit card.Seeing that this bank doesn't issue immediate temporary cards.Like a larger institutionalized bank i.e(Wells Fargo,BankOfAmer).Its such an inconvience on the customer!I spoke to the Branch Asst.Manager Mrs.Castillo.She was extremely un empathetic to the situation.Overall very nice nasty and contradicting.Not a good experience here go to a different branch.When you enter they don't even acknowledge you with a smile.The tellers just do what you ask and yawn and talk amongst each other about how they cant wait to get off!
