  Working with Danny was great! I am a Real Estate agent, this was my first time working together, and was introduced by my clients.   We worked with Danny to buy our first home and the process went SO smoothly! My husband only had one year of employment history and he was able to work around that for us. No one else would lend to us, but Danny made it happen! He’s super communicative and our realtor even said that he had never worked with a “big bank employee” who was so on top of things!

  I would give Daniel Herrera a 5 star out of 5! Never I have ever had a lender so profesional, fast and accurate as him. I was a realtor in Las Vegas previously and I recommend without a shadow of a doubt Daniel for your loan needs. My loan was ready to close in 10 days! Yes! 10! He was also present at the closing. He walked us every step of the way and never left us alone. As long as I am in Utah, I will keep using Daniel!
