  We used Dan Morse at Waterstone Mortgage for our last two home loans. The difference we have experienced twice, occurred when the market changed, the seller was making our closing difficult and closing docs were delivered promptly to us - Dan continually stepped in and handled the situations to ensure we closed on time and within our budget.   Best home buying experience ever! Thanks to Dan and his team the mortgage process that can often be quite daunting, went fast and trouble free. Our purchase agreement was conditioned by sellers with a specific (at latest) close date which was aggressive. Thanks to prompt communications with us, realtors, insurance, the township, and Dan's experience and attention to detail we were able to meet the deadline.   Dan was an excellent lender! We ended up switching lenders mid-purchase because our other lender was so awful. Dan picked everything up right away. He was 1000x more communicative than our previous lender, was always available for any questions or concerns we had, was never anything but kind and patient with us, and worked hard to make sure we felt comfortable and informed with the loan process every step of the way. Would recommend him to anyone and everyone!

  Dan and his team were instrumental in helping us to refinance our home this year. After an initial conversation with Dan to determine whether or not we wanted to move ahead, much of the rest of the application process was automated, save for a couple of signatures at the end. There were helpful videos that explained our next steps, and kept the application moving along smoothly. In the middle of this pandemic, the automated process meant that all of our interactions were done from the safety of our own home. Our final documents were signed in the presence of a notary who came to us. When we did need to talk to the staff, they were responsive and able to answer our questions. All in all it's been a very quick, easy refinance, and I'd be happy to work with this trusted team again.

  Wow! What an amazing team to work with. Dan and his team are on all the details which makes buying a home stress free. Instead of worry about all the mortgage detail we got to enjoy making our home our dream home. We our out of state in WA and in using Waterstone it added NO extra stress or problems.   I'm very appreciate of Dan and his team getting this across the finished line. We began working with our current 8-year mortgage holder in June 2020. With the multiple companies and K-1s involved in this process, along with being independent business owners with a reliable salary, or mortgage holder could not get underwriting to feel comfortable with our financial status, even though we had enough cash in the bank to be able to pay off the loan if we wanted! Every month that would pass as underwriting was reviewing then became another month's worth of P&Ls and balance sheets the bank was wanting. During the past 12 months and working through Covid in refinancing our business loans, applying for small business PPP assistance, negotiating with landlords, and a whole host of other things, getting our home refinanced took the longest, and unnecessarily so. That was until I finally called Dan Morse and his team gladly took it on. They locked in a rate in 10 days and underwriting had it approved in less than 3 weeks. They were professional, thorough and very communicative. I'm very appreciative.
