  FSB has become my main bank after 20 years with a local credit union. The staff is always friendly and able to answer any questions that I may have. In these times where customer service seems to have gone by the wayside FSB has stepped it up and makes you feel appreciated.

  Very friendly & efficient personnel. They helped make this new start up an easy experience. They worked to make sure our electronic fund transfers and direct deposits were set up correctly. They also have many options for interest bearing accounts, including money market accounts, CD's, and loyalty checking account. Their lending department indicated they would be willing to work with us on either personal or commercial lending when needed I feel confident that this is a great place to do your total banking.

  So impressed with FSB. Our personal banker is amazing and always responds and takes care of us in a timely manner. The personal connection and service that FSB provides is top notch and brings so much peace of mind! Highly recommend!

  I was looking for a local bank in my new home town, Farmers State Bank had a location a few minutes from my house. Spoke with Sara on line about opening an account. I decided to go into the branch office and do that, only to find Sara behind the counter! She knew exactly what I wanted to do, handled everything right there and got me on my way. I was able to log into my account on line the next day and set up my preferences, take care of arranging direct deposit with my employer, and received my ATM card a few days later. I do most of my banking electronically but knowing that the friendly knowledge folks at Farmers are right in my town and available to help, tells me I made the right choice!

  Tried opening a new account here for a fresh start. I paid off all my debt and my credit report shows it but my score wasn't 700 like the bank wants it to be. So they denied me anyway. A person like me could of took the easy way and filed bankruptcy but I didn't. Banks like these suck. I dont recommend this bank. Now my credit is 620 and on it's way up.. looking for a better bank so I can buy a new house. Money hungry fools

  I have always had a great experience with Famers State Bank! All of the workers know who I am and greet me by name when I go in. Lauren suggested I opened a new account to gain more interest I had on my savings. They genuinely care about their customers!

  Great experience here! I came in with the intention to open an HSA with these guys and I was in and out in 5 minutes, it was really simple and quite easy. Everyone was nice and well educated!

  Beware! Was mislead into opening an account and now they have been charging dormant account fees, using the $100 I had put into the account. They only contacted me now as they have over drafted my account. They originally promised me they would provide the software and equipment for me to deposit checks at my business without having to go to the bank! What a great deal! Sign me up! Well when I went to actually do it, they realized their software doesn't work with Macs. Okay, no hard feelings. They wasted a bunch of my time, but I believed it was an honest mistake. I asked if I should close the account. Of course they said no, it doesn't hurt anything to just leave it. Well, it doesn't hurt anything for them. So when this is all said and done they wasted hours of my time to begin with, messed up, took $100 of mine with no service rendered (never used the account), and now they are requiring me to come in and pay 22 cents if I'd like to close my account. Awful business practices and extremely immoral behavior.

  Opening a new checking account with FSB was quick and very easy thanks to the awesome employees. Angie Sabers helped us a lot with this process, I would highly recommend her and FSB for any of your banking needs.
