  My wife and I had such a great experience getting our first mortgage when we will built our house 8 years ago with Jared. When we had the opportunity to buy land Jared was the only logical choice as our mortgage loan officer. Two months ago Jared called to let us know the interests rates had lowered. This allowed us to refinance and save 5-6 years off the length of our loan.   Jared was our mortgage lender when we built our home a couple of years ago. And even after construction was done Jared continues to go above and beyond for us. Most recently he reached out to us and explained that with recent changes in the mortgage rates we could save ourselves a good amount of interest by refinancing.
