  Buying a house in this crazy market can be very stressful, especially when you’re a first-time buyer. Working with Peirce, Todd, Griffan and the rest of the Fairway Team was such a pleasant experience. With listing prices leading to bidding wars, dollar amounts changed a lot and Todd went above and beyond for us to calculate and recalculate numbers. This was so helpful because we knew exactly what we’d be paying, all the while he was making sure it was a number we were comfortable with. Todd made you feel like he was going through the process with you and was always available to help answer questions and be your sounding board. With his support, we found our dream home and are so thrilled. It pays to work with the best, these guys are it!

  Pierce has helped my wife and I out twice now. One was a mortgage and the second a refinance. In a time where timing is critical, Pierce was always available and got things done very quickly. He made the process stress free and took time out of his day to explain details that I initially did not understand. If we are in need of another loan, I will definitely be reaching back out to Pierce and his team.

  We had an awesome experience working with Pierce and team (shoutout to Todd and Griffan who are awesome!!). As first-time homebuyers, we were quite nervous going into things, and had some less-than-ideal experiences with another lender in the past. We immediately felt confident in the team's ability to help us successfully close on our home. Everyone was super kind, informative, and prompt - and even answered some of our questions before we knew we had them :) Overall - I would definitely recommend them to anyone else looking to buy a home!!

  This entire home buying process took me about a year from start to finish, it was painful in more ways than I can count but the lending process could not have been easier. Pierce, Kevin, Griffan and all those who worked behind the scenes consistently went above and beyond. From coaching on how to make my offer stand out in this market, to talking me off the edge when I almost quit - they showed up consistently on my team to secure me the perfect home. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in the home buying process.
