  Working with Dallen West was a real pleasure. He is very knowledgeable, and took time to explain everything to me in terms that were very easy to understand. He even worked with me to help me instantly improve my credit score. His responsiveness was incredible, and he was not afraid to pick up the telephone to let me know an important email was sent (or to give me a gentle reminder). His honesty and candor was a breath of fresh air. I would not hesitate to recommend him to any of my closest family members, because he treats everyone like a well loved family member. He will be the only Loan Officer that I will ever work with again.

  Dallen was absolutely amazing during the entire mortgage process. From day one he made sure we understood every single section of the paperwork. He was willing to work around our schedule which meant making phone calls even past 7pm! I was very worried going into the home buying process but he made it feel like we were family. If anyone ever needs a loan guy Dallen is by far the only person I’d recommend! Thank you so much Dallen!

  When we started the home buying process, we weren't sure what to expect; but Dallen made himself available any time we received updates or had any questions.   I am so grateful to Dallen for all of his hard work. He makes the process so simple and easy to understand. There was never any doubt that he had our best interests at heart and helped provide all the information needed to make the best decision for us. There was never a delay in communication and he was more than willing to run the numbers for us to help compare different strategies. We had a bad experience when we first bought our home as we weren't given the best information and I was apprehensive to go through it all again. Dallen put that all at ease as I would never hesitate to use him again and recommend him to others.

  I seriously have only good things to say about Dallen!! First off, I am a first time homebuyer with so many questions, and his ability to break it down and explain things in simple, easy to understand terms is phenomenal. I have a weird work schedule and Dallen ALWAYS returned my phone call within the hour. With other mortgage companies you dont hear back for two days. I talked to Dallen multiple times a day as he always kept me in the loop as to what was going on and the process. He was also able to get me a GREAT interest rate and walk me through on what was worth spending money on vs. saving. There was a complication with my condo, so my closing date got pushed up by 4 weeks. Dallen was STILL able to get everything closed and was on top of the title company. I seriously would recommend him to anyone. I do not know how he has the ability to keep in contact so frequently while still dealing with other clients. He goes over every document but also doesn't make you feel bad if you don't understand something. You truly get to know your lender during this process, and I'm so glad I had Dallen to help me! THANK YOU!!

  Dallen West made my experience as a first time home buyer, THE BEST. He made the process simple and a lot less frightening. I had a number of questions, sometimes I'd ask the same questions over and over, which meant back to back phone calls, and or emails. He's patient and very knowledgeable.   This was my third time using Peoples Mortgage, one origination and twice to refinance. The process only seems to get easier with their online secure document uploads and e-notifications.
