  Hands down the best customer service I've ever experienced in any bank. I've been with big banks and small banks but D.L. Evans treats me like family. They greet me by name when I walk in and always ready to take care of any requests. Just super fine people.

  DL Evans and staff are amazing! I have been with them for over 2 years. I recently moved out of state and will not change to a local band, they are that great! They are very professional, knowledgeable, and always so very helpful. I highly recommend using DL Evans bank in Kimberly, ID!

  Highly recommend! DL Evans is what a community bank is all about. The ladies at the Kimberly branch are first-class in customer service. Melvin, too! It's a pleasure to bank there.

  Had a very nice experience today with Tammy Clark today while opening an account. She is very professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I find all of the employees at the Kimberly Branch to be very friendly and helpful.

  *UPDATE: I had to go to them to cash a check since the check came from them. At first I was told since I don’t bank there, they may not be able to cash it (however my own bank wouldn’t even cash it 🤦‍♀️). Then the branch manager came out and said of course they can do it. He was the best, very friendly, and made you feel like part of the community. In the 30 mins I was there it was like he knew every single customer, their personal needs, and took an interest in those needs. I don’t know if things have changed in the last year since I left my original review, but I am so glad they care about those in the Kimberly community! I called asking if I could exchange dollar bills for some change, which they had. However because I’m not a member they would not allow it. I’m a little bummed out because it’s the only bank in Kimberly and was hoping they’d be a little more community friendly.

  We’ve been customers for at least 3 years this is hometown banking at its best we’re in Kimberly Idaho we have business accounts as well as personal from Virgil to Myron to tami to don to Lexie to Ahn to Leslie to kelee matter what our needs are anyone of them are always willing to take care of our banking business they always welcome you call you by your name make you feel like like a friend not just a customer we are so glad to have this bank here in our community and the people who make it such a pleasant and fun time going to the bank kudos Kimberly branch of DLEvans Bank
