  If I could give a zero star I would! Not reasonable with payments missed a few do to surgery, let them know and they did not care horrible company >:(

  This bank has been amazing for me.. everytime I go in, I get a great welcoming and my 2 year old always gets soo much love. Since being with them, my credit has gone up so much, they have helped me out with loans, home buying and credit cards. I truly recommend this place if your looking for a fun but very professional way, very kind tellers. And plus, they just got a newly remodeled building and it is spacious and so bright. Thanks you guys for being my number ones!

  The team at Connections Credit Union on Addison is amazing! They have successfully brought back personal customer service! The girls always go above and beyond no matter if it's a question or a loan. We gave them a try on one loan and have since moved every loan (including our mortgage) and bank accounts with them. It's wonderful to walk in or call them and they know who we are by name.

  We were the victims of hit and run, resulting in a totaled car (which was already paid-off). We needed to replace it quick, but didn’t want to take on a huge car payment. We went into Connections and met with Cecilia. She quickly showed us some options, and made us feel secure that Connections would help us in our situation. We ended up refinancing our other car, and purchased a truck at a local car dealer. Cecilia saved us so much money, that both our new car payments totaled the amount we were paying for one car. We highly recommend the knowledgeable staff at Connections Credit Union! They will continue to have our business!!

  The staff in Twin Falls took time to go over my options for opening an account and answered all my questions. I never felt rushed or like I was a bother to them. They are very nice friendly and smile when you walk into the lobby.

  Jordy the branch manager was very unprofessional and never called us back,while sitting at her desk doing nothing I went in to talk to her in person and declined to get up and do her job,no wonder this place has no customers!
