They offer superior local meats, cheeses and over 140 other products. Shop local and keep places like this alive and thriving. As Shane A Dutil says, they do so much for the local community that the big companies don't.?....

  Had a couple of pigs processed here; while they may be a bit of an acquired taste with their customer service approach, they do a fantastic job with their work. Great sausage, amazing hams, and well packaged. Will definitely go to them for any future needs.

  Disgustingly rude staff and since when does a 8 point buck bring in 12-16 steaks/chops and 40 plus lbs of ground venison . What a disappointing experience.

  WORST EVER!! My wife and I had never purchased a half cow before. So we went halves with a friend. Not only were all the cuts so small! They were much thinner than what we requested! And more than half of the meat was hamburg! Really? I even told the guy I never did this before! Definitely got ripped off!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

  Mike, Unfortunately you didn’t purchase your ½ of beef from us. We didn’t raise it. We were hired to process the beef. The farmer told me the beef wasn’t ready but you insisted on getting beef right then and there. We can only do with what we have to work with. Our saw it set at minimum ¾ of a of a inch but once vac sealed with sucks it down. A beef is proportional more burger than steaks. We pulled your cutting instructions. There are only so many steaks in a beef. All your steaks were cut per instructions. Hanging up on us when we were trying to answer your questions doesn’t help the situation. Sounds like you purchased a ½ a beef and you weren’t fully aware you will always end up with more burgers than steaks and you bought an animal that wasn’t up to your standards. This has nothing to do with our services. In the future if you want guidance buying a beef and understanding how it works when buying a ½ a beef we would be more than willing to help you. Just wished you did your homework before you gave us a negative review when your issues have nothing to do with our services. Shane

  We absolutely love going to D&D. The employees and owners are always friendly and my kids enjoy the shop and its seasonal decorations. Not to mention, my youngest is a meat stick junkie, and can't get enough of the ones D&D offer.

  Had two beef processed at this facility last fall, they did a fantastic job following my cutting instructions to the letter

  Very good choice of meats and cheeses, especially smoked cheese curds wich are awesome. Have to stop every time I pass on 22.

  They don't process ducks because it's a "pain in the ass"
