  Really quiet place with helpful, positive workers. It's been crowded the last couple times I came in and instead of a teller, I was helped by the branch manager themselves, which is really good to see and indicates clients are a priority. It can be a little hard to get 'in' to Cyprus though, their membership rules are draconian and it's best if you know someone with an account already.

  Worst company to do any banking/ finance through. They lie and tell you that you’re financed and then come back and say they need additional information. They are not willing to waive needing a drivers license even when the dmv is booked out and you can’t get in. Horrible horrible! Any other credit union is better than Cyprus. They shouldn’t even be in business.

  The branch is close to my house so access is easy for me. The staff are always friendly and professional. They always accurately process my transactions. I highly recommend Cyprus Credit Union.

  We've banked with Cyprus, with this as our primary branch, for years. We've never had any issues, they are always so great & easy to work with. We moved out of the area and now don't have a branch close by, but we still bank with them because the service we get is so great.

  The people are nice. They are lacking in the IT department. I get a new password login a few times just fine. Then out of nowhere it says my password doesn't work. I have been in to reset it at least five times and it works a couple times then stops. So I need checks printed out for court. They charge $3 a check. But it's free online... And they are so kind to offer to help me login and show me how it works. I have been working online for 12 years. It's not me it's them.

  I have been with Cyprus now for 4 years and I will tell you that it has been a great experience so far. The people here are super helpful and very nice. I have never had a problem with them talking while helping me. Everyone seems very knowledgeable and if they dont know they will direct you to someone who does. Thanks for all your hard work Cyprus staff!

  Working in customer service is a big thing for me. These guys were amazing to work with and were able to get me set up with a new account and have everything transferred over without any issues. Highly recommend!

  For the past three years, I’ve loved banking with Cyprus but after being yelled at when I went to deposit some money I was given for “putting too much cash and any coinage in the tube.” I can say I’m done with them. I have never had a problem before today and the lady told me it was clearly stated on the outside but it doesn’t. I’m super disappointed and will be going into another location to close my account with them.

  As someone who has worked in banking before, I can professionally say this is one of the worst places to open an account. The staff, namely the manager is RUDE and couldn’t get much slower at processing a transaction if they tried. If you are in any kind of hurry, don’t bother going inside. There are 0 perks to having an account here, so happy to finally be closing ours!

  Horrible service, dont bank with them. You will regret it. This bank is meant for teenagers all they do is take advantage of you and never answer the phone. Their customer service is horrible and they know nothing i guess only one person there knows anything and they make you call back another day to get ahold of that person.
