  The west valley branch is the BEST!! Everyone there is friendly and helpful. They should be your model branch. I went into the main street branch because it was convenient for me about a month ago. Forget convenience - I will never go into that branch again. I was the only person in there, and 2 tellers. One never even raised her head. The other who waited on me was a miserable person. Couldn't' speak, couldn't smile. As I walked out I remarked "Try not to smile" . Clearly I was a bother to her. People like her do not belong in customer related positions.

  Katie was awesome so friendly. Helpful with all my needs I need done. Very smart always smiles and was welcomed as I came in the door and as I left. As long as Katie there I will be a customer.

  Friendly and more then happy to help. Quick response and treat you like family. This is why I came back for help instead of my other, local institute. My only regret is that I was not available to answer the call to let me know the loan had been deposited. I really wanted to thank the loan officer for all her help.

  Everyone at this credit union knows their stuff!! They genuinely care about all of their members and explain everything clearly and thoroughly just to make sure we are all on the same page. They have a very warming atmosphere, and I cannot stress how welcoming the staff is! They really go above and beyond!
