  Yesterday 7-17-2020 I went in around 1pm, I got offered $60 for a ps4 and and extra controller. I don’t know his name but it was a big dude with tattoos kind of look lost, confused my first generation ps4 with a pro ps4, then he had to look up what he could give me based on his “research”! Common man ps4 are a hot item, with great profit margin even if I were to lose the item, I felt offend when I ask him to please loan me $120 wich is fair and he offered me $60 ( by the way I’ve picked up my stuff every time!) I took my stuff at cash America and I got $140 that I really needed it. Make sure you train your staff on profitability and customer retention! I’m never coming!

  Lisa is great. She has great customer service skills and she is concerned about the customer. I had an issue with a firearm I purchased and she did everything in her power to correct the issue for me. Highly recommended. I'll be back soon.

  I love Cypresswood Pawn & Gun! I am a frequent shopper here and love the customer service. Mrs Lisa is always so helpful and great at calling me whenever a specific item I am looking for comes in. Hands Down, its a wonderful Pawn Shop with Quality Items, Great Customer Service and Awesome Deals!

  It's hard to give a star rating on This place the people are so , helpful, funny and naturally good people Which makes me love the place . But they give less than every other pawn shop in the area and prices are a little higher than most in the area. If you go by customer service they should get 5 stars if you go by price they give and charge I'd say 2 stars

  i usually come here to buy my video games. and they are pretty nice they engage in conversation with me and have extremely good deals on their game related stuff. one of the employees is especially nice and has good customer service(don't know his name though. overall they are extremely nice and have excellent service

  I don't know about the other reviewers but I had a good experience when I go to this store. The staff is nice and pricing is good and if the price is to much or over priced they are willing to make a deal. I bought an IPAD 1st Gen 16GB for $225. They had $275 on it. The only time I seen the staff get mad is when some crazy woman cam in wanting $150 for a rough mongoose bike that you can buy at Wal-Mart for $80. Then she stared cussing at them. Told her to get out but never cussed back or yelled. So those who had bad experience should give them another shot.

  I got a gun and had to return it due to severe family matters. they didn't want to return it and instead said will only buy it back. I bought the gun for $280 then they bought it back for $140 and wouldn't negotiate or ANYTHING! THEY SUCK AT THEIR JOB! NEVER EVER GO THERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF! The old management was MUCH better.

  On nov. 22, 2021 one of the employee’s was creepy, rude, and creepy... it left me with a bad taste in my mouth. I will never go there again

  I bought a beautiful new guitar for my daughter, this is a great place to shop for games on PlayStation and when I'm short on cash they are always there. Chris is an awsome manager and staff is so nice

  I recently purchased a vintage slide projector from them the item was in very good condition and works perfectly. I am very pleased with the purchase. The staff is friendly and courteous.
