      I didn’t realize banks like this still existed! When you call, a live person answers, they know you, it’s personal. It is truly like you have a personal banker. The VP of the bank takes care of you the same. You can email them, you will get a response within minutes. The absolute best commercial bank I have ever used. If you have a business a count, they will let you open a personal account t too so you have everything at one bank. I cannot day enough about James and his team at the Humble Branch.

      Before moving to Houston in 2015, I was involved with a boutique neighborhood bank back home. Plains State Bank reminds me of that level of service.       I am not sure where to start. I am a Dentist and have been practicing for over 21 years in two states, so I have experienced several larger banks and credit unions. I HAVE NEVER experienced the type of service that I received from this bank and it’s administrators. TracY and Danielle from the bank have been absolutely incredible. My loan is complete and my project’s done but my relationship with these two maintains. I truly feel like I’m a Fortune 500 company with my interactions with this bank. They give you a personal touch. I really don’t want to write this as I don’t want them to get to big.. lol. No and seriously, I totally recommend Plains State Bank.....
