Phyllis2Horrible Customer Service!!! Everyone appears to hate their job! ATM issues.. Not to mention, printing out extra copies of my bank statements and not giving them to me.. Called the 1-877 number to file a complaint and the so called Supervisor put me on hold and never came back! Wow. I will be looking for another bank. Thanks

Ave' Thompson2Why dosen't management respond to these terrible reviews? 😕 don't Capital One realize people read and judge your branch and if they will open up an account or not by these reviews? Why are there so many negative comments about this particular branch makes me want to stay away from here. I gave 2 stars because I only saw 2 responses to 2 positive reviews, and it dosen't say if they even came from management or not. I disappointed and finally stopped reading the reviews on this branch.

April Griffin1It’s hard enough to find a branch that is open but it’s even more annoying when you have lazy people who don’t listen and just do whatever they want. I would not recommend this branch if you’re cashing a check.

Nihan Ahmed1If I could give a 0 I would. I am so disappointed with capital one, literally they are so bad that I’m shocked they’re still running. You call them in regards to fraud but they are the freaking fraud. My account had a severe security issue and was compromised so they were supposed to open a new one. Not only did they NOT do that, but they continuously have been telling me it’s my fault. I heard good things about their company so I opened an account with them. Omg was I wrong for that. I have seen people write false reviews and lie in them but I will not. I have been calling for two weeks now and nothing is resolved my account is -$1,135 and it’s not even my fault they just now told me on the phone that if the the claim specialist decide it’s my fault they will take all of my savings money and put it towards the negative balance. I even said “so what you are telling me is that something I didn’t do can be my fault because a stranger will decide it, and then you guys will take my savings without my permission” she literally said “yes unfortunately that’s the case” THE CALLS ARE RECORDED IF CORPORATE OR ANYONE EVEN CARES ENOUGH TO LISTEN. This company recently had a data breaching that was done by one individual. So you’re telling me capital ones whole entire company can be hacked and the card holders information has been compromised, social securities, phone number, and all this personal information. But it’s impossible that my account had fraud. I’m going on vacation in 4 days and my savings were saved to spend on that trip and I just found out that my money is being stolen from the bank itself.

Tommy Rogers1I went in to cash a check 3 months ago and didnt habe 2nd form of i.d..so, the teller following the rules, said no can do. I actually had a tax t Return in my car and wanted to ask the manager if i could use it for wnd form of i.d.. Theteller td me asking would be of no use. I opted to ask him anyway. Turns out, he cashed it for me! Ive since gotten a 2nd form of i.d. and have cadhed 2 checks there every week for the padt 3 months. Upon arriving today to cash a check, the teller was underwhelmed to assist me. So, i asked her if she was feeling ok. She said she felt great. I, knowing she and her cohert felt diminished by my getting my check cashed over 3 months ago when she had told me my efforts would be futile, said " you must not like me". She told me i had given her a hard time 3 months prior. Now that is pooooor customer service Looser!
