  I love this credit union. Everyone in the 1960 location provides excellent service with a smile. I have worked with Ms. Tremika, Ms. Kesha, Ms. Lilly who all have been so helpful, educating me about benefits available to me and bend over backwards to make it happen. Thanks to all of you for making banking easier than ever before!

  Wow, I just needed simple account information and was rerouted to the "title" department which was a voicemail, and then proceeded to call an additional 4 times to be given the dial tone. On my last attempt, I spoke to Maria who just told me she doesn't even know what the ELT (Electronic Lien and Title) number is and then told me she has no idea when the "title" department will actually answer the phone. Edit: I found the number online by searching the credit union, ELT, and state for anybody looking. I still can't believe they don't know their assigned government ID. Incompetence is real.

  Very good experience. Sharon Gouland was my service rep. I really appreciated her enthusiasm, professionalism, and willingness to walk me through the process explaining every detail in a manner which was understandable for.me. She Also took the time to communicate with my wife over the phone so she was not left in the dark.

  Tremika Williams is the best! My husband, sister and myself have had the best most friendly professional service. She has helped us with 3 auto loans now and a personal loan and has helped build our credit. She is so sweet and has been a tremendous help. She makes the experience fun and enjoyable and takes all the stress away. I won’t go to anyone else but her. I would leave 100 5 star reviews for her if I could. THANK YOU TREMIKA!!

  Do not go to this credit union. They are slow, plodding, and utterly incompetent. In the past, I have had jobs that result in tip money, so I would regularly deposit cash into my account. I could never make a quick drop off because of how utterly slow the service was. Even if I dropped by this location 30 minutes before work to deposit, I would still be late to my shift with my work location a meager 3-5 minutes away down 1960. I thought I could stomach it despite those flaws. That was until I lost my debit card recently. I cancelled it, and that's all good. But then I dropped by the next day to order a new one. I waited two whole weeks for a new card while services I use kept getting cancelled because of lack of payment and no ability to pay. I had been watching my mailbox like a hawk waiting for new card. Turns out, the card was shipped directly to this location for pick up and not to my address. I was not notified this and my card sat at Investex for days without my knowledge. When I finally got my card, I attempted to activate it. The card refuses to activate via ATM despite the label saying it's a viable solution. Turns out they assigned my card to a specific phone number. I changed phone services recently and with that came a new number. The bank transferred my numbers so I could activate. I still unable to activate via phone or ATM and I'm sitting here unable to pay bills with a dead weight card because of poor service, incompetent staff, and just general tom foolery. Do not go here, they suck balls.

  Have done business with Investex for 40+ years. If you are looking for a safe place to do your banking, this is it. Customer service has always been great. Their lending policies ensure a stable, productive entity. If you are looking for stability, productivity and a positive banking experience, Investex is your place.

  I normally don’t write reviews but had to take a moment to speak on the amazing experience I had with InvesTex on Fm 1960. Lilly worked timelessly to make sure we were satisfied customers on our refinance loan. My husband changed his mind on the terms after everything was pretty much completed and Lilly was able to fix the issue the same day. She never once seemed frustrated after having to make the change. I would recommend doing business with them to anyone I know. They will treat you like family.

  Excellent service! Wonderful walk in-greet, and immediate service. As soon as i walked in the doors, i signed in, got welcomed by roughly 2-3 associates, sat for about a minute, then got called upon and easily assisted by a wonderful associate that dedicated herself to my loan. Sharon Gouland assisted with my loan, and made the process speed by with excellent service, and wonderful attitude. Great place!

  Debra Lilly, assistant branch manager: I want to take this opportunity to say what a great employee Lilly has been to my husband and I when we had car trouble, we were on the side of the road, found a ride to her credit union and she quickly processed a loan to repair, and purchase a new vehicle. At Fred Haas Toyota she gave further information to finalize everything and we drove home in a new truck. In addition she's professional, helpful, and just the kind of person for this situation. She even gave us some of our favorite candy.

  Love this place. Daisy Vazquez has outstanding customer service, took her time to help us with our auto refinance. The overall process was so smooth due to her knowledge and extensive help. Definitely recommend her for all your banking needs.
