  They did a great job on putting new tires on my bike. They even lowered the price a little so I could afford better tires. It worked out perfectly... I just got my first iron butt award. 1000miles in less then 24 hours. Thx guys!

  These guys were doing what they could to get me the best deal and ensure that I got the correct parts. There was no over-selling, and got me exactly what I needed for my bike. They were also extremely friendly and weren't trying to rush me out, but were on the spot in not making me wait too long either.

  I purchased my 2nd bike from Cycle Center of Denton and am quite pleased with them. They even delivered my bike to my house and picked up my trade. They will provide a reasonable deal and honor their end - period. I'll always give them a chance to earn my business.

  I wanted to thank the guys at cycle center of Denton ever time I have been here these guys especially Ryan/skippy, Chris parts guys and Mark in the service department have been nothing but the greatest, they give you advice and knowledge of everything you need. The owner should be lucky to have you three guys appreciate everything you have done for me will definitely be sending people your way and thanks again.

  To start off this dealership (more like stealership) is way overpriced in the service department. They are very unorganized with their scheduling and servicing of bikes. The front desk lady is not knowledgeable about how make a customer happy or get services done on time. The mechanic Tyler is the only one in service who knows what he's doing and is very friendly and helpful unlike the rest of service. Kerby is awesome in the parts department and will help you with anything and is very knowledgeable. Micah the mechanic got into an argument with me about which tire I should put on my bike... shortly after I left I noticed my bike leaking oil heavily from the shift lever gasket... never had that happen (coincidence I think not). This place needs to lower their pricing and replace a couple people. I will only speak with Tyler, kirby or a manager because everyone else here is not on point.

We recently upgraded our system to accommodate the ever so changing dynamics within our service department. Lastly, I did review your ticket and can agree with you that the price we quoted to repair your bike was high due to the vast amount of safety recommendations we had for your vehicle. Ultimately, safety is a top priority with us and we did recommend several services that you declined, we hope in the future you use our recommendations as a way to make riding safer and more enjoyable.   Best selection on new and preowned machines anywhere. Best price offered to me from 6 dealers. I was treated with respect and staff was very knowledgeable and experienced. My financial institution was slow on their end, even after I was preapproved. CCD stayed on them and finally they came through. Extremely nice mechanical/maintenance/accessories shop. Parts department is Excellent, Brian took fantastic care of getting me what I needed to maintain my new machine. Mikey did an amazing job of getting me acquainted with my new machine, making certain I understood EVERYTHING about it, from starting, to safe operation and safety checks. Thank you owner Kenny Martin for running a professional dealership with an amazing 12 product lines and all the necessary support staff with a positive customer oriented attitude. I have now purchased 2 four wheelers and 1 side X side from CCD. I would HIGHLY recommend Cycle Center of Denton. They will go the extra mile to earn your business and make your experience a smooth, easy, and transparent pleasure. I live in Allen Texas and drive to Denton to deal with them and will never go anywhere else. Please give them a try, you WILL be glad you did.

  I just recently moved to Denton, it was my first time coming to the shop. I'd have to say I haven't been to another shop since. Nico greated me with smile and asked how he could help . His very kind, knowledgeable personality took care of every parts need I had. He's the reason I keep Coming back to the dealership. Hes always spot on with his advice on the best parts and etc I've purchased lately. I'm always out of there in a timely manner and on my way to the track due to his knowledge of his surroundings. When ordering things, very quick turn around and always get a call when my parts have arrived. I can't thank him enough for how helpful he's been in the past few months . Definitely a good member of y'all's team. Wish more dealerships/sales were this friendly.
