  Words cannot explain how grateful I am to Bill and his entire team. I have tried over the past years to a cash out refi but kept getting the run around by other lenders. Was referred to Bill by a family member and he worked on my loan without hesitation. Not only did he get me a awesome loans but he gave me valuable advise on different ways to invest.   Bill Biggs and team went above and beyond to help us secure our dream home. We had a unique situation that seemed impossible but Bill did everything possible to make it happen. He was always available and we closed on 2/9/22 and he still makes himself available if needed. He is an expert in his field and a great person. He is very honest and cares about his clients. We highly recommend Bill and his team!

  Leaves their eyesore of an advertisement parked in the scarce downtown square parking spaces all weekend long almost every weekend. I wouldn't engage with a business that does this. They know what they are doing is wrong too, they have been ticketed and taken to court for it before but they just challenge the tickets and keep getting away with being horrendous to the community. Think about this before deciding to work with this business.

  Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you feel this way about our vehicle. We actually do receive many calls from it and are thankful for them. Just to clarify we would like to state that any parking tickets that we previously received were paid by us and never challenged. We did ultimately get the City of Denton along with the Denton police department to confirm that as a taxpayer we may park wherever parking is legally allowed including the square. We have however taken heed of your concerns and now only park our vehicle just off the square when we are in that area. As a longtime Denton resident and member of the business community we try our best to be helpful and contribute when and where we can. We would NEVER intentionally do anything that could be called horrendous or anything else harmful for that matter to this community that has been our business and personal home for many many years.

  get away as fast as you can from that company, I had the worst experience of my life, I bought a house from owner to owner through that company and they only gave me a simple contract that in the county is useless, never wanted Give me a deed to register my property, Guillermo or Bill is the same person is a very bad person,don't do business with him. , I had to hire a lawyer who was very expensive because this company wanted to evict my house, and I still paid the full amount of the property and he always came to my house because he wanted me to pay him more, I had to sue him and win this time, but if you can get away and avoid the problems that I experienced, run from that company

  Thank you for your comments. It is important to understand that as the licensed and bonded servicer of your loan it was not us that you sued but rather the owner of the home you were buying. Our main duties as the servicer were to collect your monthly payments and take the necessary legal action when your payments were late according to the terms of your agreement. While we are not perfect, as a servicer we certainly strive to serve our clients both on the seller and the buyer sides. We are very glad that you are finally the owners of your home and wish you many happy years there.
