  Took absolutely too long, there was only the one nice Hispanic woman actually helping customers. Another lady I believe it's the manager wouldn't help and only stayed on her phone. Place needs better management, how can you stand by while 1 employee handles a line out the door?? The one employee actually doing her job deserves a raise

  I had an urgent need to get a newly purchased car titled and registered before a trip. I was dreading the thought of going to the DMV. I was told about this currency exchange and I went there. It is no joke when I say I was in and out in 10 minutes!! I came with the seller of the car, the tile, our IDs, and my checkbook. The employee very quickly told us where to sign, what the process was, what forms were necessary (which she filled out). She was so extremely knowledgeable, fast, and efficient! It amazing because before me, she did a money order, a check cashing, and some other financial transaction. I don't know how she could know how to do so many various transactions so quickly and knowledgably. I will never, ever, to go a DMV again for anything service that is offered by this currency exchange. You need to consider going here if you need any DMV services they offer.

  They need to hire more people at this location. There is no reason we should have to wait in line for 30 + minutes. There is only one worker, why? If it's not a long wait, the staff is unprofessional. Always something.

  They do not sell foreign currency, only buy it. They will sell it to you only if you are lucky enough for someone to have sold them some earlier. Tldr they didnt have something as basic as euros.

  Absolutely horrible. Brenda is just awful. She screwed up sending money to wrong country. She asked me where Thailand was I replied next to Laos by Indonesia. She sent money to Indonesia. When I went in to correct she refused said it was my fault then reported my transaction as fraud because she was mad she screwed up. Awful awful person. Run from this location.

  Brenda is so rude. No customer service skills. I Walked out because she has such a bad attitude. If she hates her job so much maybe she should find another one. Really Horrible.

  Octavia was very helpful. My transaction happened quickly & she was able to explain some things I wasn’t aware of. I will definitely come back to this location again.
