  Never seen such attitude in a Bank of America branch. It seems like for them not all the customers are the same. If they have to spend time with you and you are the only one in the bank, they will kick you out saying that it will take 3 minutes not 1 min. Ok, waste of time, where are rhe managers looking!

  I went to the BOA branch in Willowbrook. While there, and absolute gem of an associate, named Aidas, was a tremendous help. Thank you so much for helping me take care of important paperwork BOA and especially Aidas!!

  I have been using this branch for six years and the staff inside are very nice. Aidas is very professional. He helped me apply for a car loan twice, each time it only takes 10 minutes to got the approve letter. Thanks Aidas.

  I come in the branch to report my lost card , the lady at the counter explained me how to the online, but is better once I am at your bank we go faster and easy instead of calling customer service, I can’t help you today bla bla, we have in bankar she is busy, wooow, how you’re not busy to take a payments, shame of you, I will never come back here , so disappointed

  Everyone at this location rocks. Always willing to help with a smile on, they make us feel like we are part of the family, asking news about our children and others, every bofa branch should be run this way. Thank you guys

  Bare minimum service at all times. Have called 4 TIMES and still no one answered phone! Wow! Long lines, not enough tellers however other bankers or whoever they are just standing around, talking and not trying to help. The only thing this branch is good at is saying "Hi" when you walk in. Thumbs up for that guys!

  Incredibly rude, disrespectful girl - young with long light brown hair( the teller). I bank at multiple different banks and I have never had such awful experience. Every time I need to go to this branch my stomach turns...

  Been trying for hours to get a hold of an associate on the phone. I tried all the numbers on the back of my card, the app, the exact phone number of this location. You just go in loops! Is it so hard to talk to someone about my money?
