The level of detail CUSP shows is unmatched, from understanding the unique economic challenges of your own community, to understanding how to navigate the ever-changing CDFI grant requirements.   This review will not do them justice, because it is hard to put into words what a great job CU Strategic Planning did assisting us with our CDFI certification and the subsequent CFFi grant proposal/award. They have this process dialed, I would not hesitate to use them again (and we have for other grant opportunities) or to recommend them and their services to other credit unions. But, from a bigger picture they have sharpened our point-of-viewand truly helped us live our mission to be a community focused credit union.
