      The only location in Palm Beach County to be open on Saturday from 9 to 1... I often wonder how does a bank exist with naughty if exist with non existent customer service there is one teller in the line at 12:30 on a Saturday this picture was taken over a 1 hour wait.. Poor management management needs to be restructured and higher more employees

      I’m not sure what the others are talking about down there (everyone has their opinion I guess) but I’ll admit I did have to wait, it’s only because I didn’t have an appointment, especially in these troubling times I can see an understand why. On another note if you go there ask for Jenny to help you, she will go above an beyond to meet your needs an really cares about not only her job, but most importantly her clients. Thank you again Jenny!

      Worst bank ever for blacks... I stood in line for an hour on April 24 just to cash a check from their bank. I was then charged $8 per check for two $50 checks. Other banks would have waved the fee if it’s your first time cashing a check & not having an account with them. If I was a potential customer this experience definitely turned me off from ever wanting to bank from you. The teller “Marie” doesn’t know how to be empathetic nor allows the customer to vent without taking a personal. That she got me more upset that I had to cuss her out. The goal is to make the customer happy... without customers there wouldn’t be a bank. Oh, & there isn’t a drive in teller.

      My fiancé & I have been a customer with Bank of America for years. This location provided the WORST customer service we’ve ever experienced. We came in to open a couple more accounts both personal & business and as first time business owners we needed some help. We sat down with rep Blanca Zoraida Connelly & she was extremely RUDE upon hello. As I’m speaking to tell her what we came in for, she cut us off & proceeded to do her own thing with our accounts then when we told her that’s not what we needed she displayed a nasty attitude. That passive aggressive behavior continued for the duration of our time there. I couldn’t believe it! I didn’t open the business account or the credit because of her service. It was disgusting to be treated that way. Please stay away from this branch at all cost.

      Terrible place run by people who don't want to help you. Wallet was stolen, needed to replace credit and debit cards. Website and app didn't allow me to do it on my own, and the customer service number told me to do it on the app. Went to the bank to speak to someone, brought all forms of identification outside of my ID because I didn't have it(even had photographs of my id they could look at). They wouldn't even take my social security number. Wouldn't allow me to withdraw money, or even freeze my cards for safety, all because I didn't have my drivers license. the manager, my own bank, where I have all of my money stored in, told me "maybe you can borrow money from a friend and go to the DMV to get a new ID". Later on was with family, looked on the back of my mothers BOFA card, called the support number(which is an entirely different number than what is listed on BOFA's app & website) and was able to order new cards over the phone USING ONLY MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER. Crazy how that works! Do not go to this place, they will hold your own money hostage from you.

      I walked into this branch there was 13 people in line with 2 tellers open. Nobody greeted me or asked what I needed. I waited 15 minutes in line, only 2 people were helped in 15 Minutes! After that 1 of the tellers computers froze and the other teller was no longer at her station. All I needed was a form, so instead waiting what was clearly gonna be another half hour or more, I got out of line and asked the manager Cynthia for the form. She told me I had waited in the wrong line anyway, and needed to have a seat and wait longer. I would not have waited in the ridiculously long line had someone greeted or asked what I was there for in the first place. I left and drove to another branch, I will never go back to this branch again. Spent 25 minutes and was never helped... By the time I left there must have been 20 people in line...I've been to dozens of branches this was the unfriendliest, unprofessional and most inconvenient by far.

      I have appointment November 17, 2018 at 10:00 am - 10:30 am in my phone application in 3716 S Military Trl, Lake Worth Fl. 33463, with Blanca specialist. When coming the lady in front desk tell me she is in vacation and I need wait 30 minutes because I coming late (10:15 I'm living in Fort Pierce 1 Hour driving). I explain her I need this specific location because is close to my office and I need make one change in my account immediately. The other specialist asking who is the next with appointment and she tell her my name but explain coming late and any way she continues with other customer with out appointment in front to me. We the customers the Bank of America not all time want going to the bank that's why we make appointments and we need respect.

      First off I have been using this bank for the past ten years so I know there is usually a bit of a wait from time to time. Lately the wait times have been extremely long and I do not understand why. With the teller services inside the line can take over 25mins. That is even with the automated teller machines that many people dont even use due to them not working or the lack of assistance to help people work them. Now the most aggravating thing is the drive up Tell Assist ATMs and the drive up ATMs in general. On more than one occasion (mostly pay days) the Teller Assist ATMs are either out of order or there are NO Teller Services. Even though it is well within the posted time for those services to be available. If an ATM is not functioning fully then they should be fixed or there should be some type of indication to the customer before they get to the machine. For a large company to charge its customers monthly then act this way toward their consumers is really what drives those consumers away. I would like to see some changes in the next 3 months at this location especially in the drive up lanes. If not then I will take my business elsewhere and urge other to do the same. Would not want a boycott of my business.
