  I have been a customer at Crown Mortgage twice - in 2015 for my original mortgage and in 2020 for my refinance. I highly recommend them! I worked with Jason Crigler as my mortgage consultant both times. He is knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and hard-working. For my refinance in 2020 during COVID, I was able to do everything online except for closing. For that, a notary was sent to my home. Great service - you won't be disappointed.

  The experience that we had with Corbin Hargraves was a great one. He was prompted, knowledgeable and was very helpful throughout the process. We as first time home buyers had a substantial amount of questions and concerns and Corbin answered them with ease and patience!   I highly recommend Crown Mortgage, and especially Scott Desmond who worked with me. He was by far the most helpful loan originator I came across when I was searching. Other people were so unhelpful and I felt like I was just another "number" for them to process. Not with Scott!   Corbin Hargraves was our biggest advocate throughout the home purchasing process. He served as our coach and our mentor from the initial conversation held beginning the house-hunting process (Jan. 2018) until the moment we signed our closing documents (Sept. 2018). The most valuable part of working with Corbin of Crown Mortgage was that he refused to give us the answer, but rather gave us the invaluable tools enabling us to solve equation and learn! Corbin walked us through the beauty and benefit of a strong credit score and how that plays into qualifying for a loan. He also helped us distinguish what was fantasy vs. practical reality as it came to searching for homes, and how these factors impact the structure of the loan. As a recently engaged couple, Corbin actually asked the BIG questions relating to finances that helped my partner and I have some good, much-needed conversations allowing us to identify and establish not only our financial goals, but what process (and sacrifices) we may have to take/make to get us there. Corbin's willingness to walk us through various loan structures and answer our emails and calls around the clock was unreal -- ultimate examples of exemplary customer service.   I have a 15 year working relationship with Crown and its brokers, as a real estate closer. I have never had to close a loan with an unhappy customer from this brokerage, because they treat all their clients as they would their own family members. It is also a very tight knit and seasoned crew of brokers that have been serving this area for a LONG time. You know the trick to a successful closing is working with a local broker. Chances are you are not going to be blindsided with delays or other nasty surprises when the person that is responsible for your loan is a guy/girl you can meet in person and someone who take a personal interest in your transaction.

  Jason Crigler at Crown Mortgage was recommended to us for a re-finance by our daughter and son-in-law, who had an excellent experience with their new home purchase. In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, Jason was able to arrange a cash-out refinance with a significant lowering of our mortgage interest rate. Even with the turmoil in the mortgage business, the rate was locked in quickly, and we were able to obtain the appraisal and close within just a few weeks.
