  As newcomers to America and, first time home buyer’s, we knew nothing about procedures and laws requirements, but Bill was with us every step of the way. Full of patients to explain all the details, considering all the options that are out there, all the time protecting our interest an get us the best deal possible. It was not an easy closing but Bill made it less stressful. True professional, highly recommend.

  We had quite a tumultuous closing experience, but Bill and his team were the only parties that we were completely happy with. He was prompt to reply, even if he was off work, and he and his team were always so pleasant to work with. It was clear they really cared about us and our closing and really went above and beyond to do things as fast as possible. Will definitely recommend them and use them in the future!

  Andy and his team at Waterstone were amazing. They were very fast and efficient. I enjoyed working with everyone on the team. Everyone is incredibly nice. We found our home very fast and they helped us to close on our loan within a month. I loved working with everyone and I highly recommend using them in the future.

  Bill and his team are consummate professionals. I've worked with his group on multiple transactions and every single time the service has been top shelf!. I can not recommend Bill or his team highly enough. And he doesn't just work on transactions, he acts in an advisory role as well as we will talk periodically about the market and real estate even if there isn't any business at hand. A+ all round.

  I have only worked will with Bill at Waterstone and he’s done an amazing job. I have bought two houses threw his financial company and also refinanced once. No complaints. I would recommend him to anyone I know.
