  Jim did an excellent job managing the refinance of our home. It was a fairly extended process due to some complexities of our loan but Jim stayed on top of things all the way through. Jim had our best interests in mind throughout. He noticed a change in the loan limits that would help us greatly but we had to delay the closing in order to realize the savings. Jim let us know about this immediately and advised us to wait even though it would mean more work for him. This shows how honest and ethical Jim really is. We are so appreciative for how he looked out for us. Everything went great and we have Jim to thank!!! We will recommend Jim to everyone we know.

  We had a rather extensive sell of our home to purchase another and Jim was outstanding. He provided us the necessary knowledge to make sure we were asking the right questions and understood the whole process. The process we went through was not an easy one but having Jim in our corner made it a lot better. We had more conversations and status updates from Jim than our Agent.   Words cannot convey the depth of our gratitude for Jim and his help in getting us into our new home.
