  I tell you what... The ladies that represent First Franklin, in Crossville, Tennessee, are definitely top-notch. You'll be hard pressed to find a box of kittens any friendlier than they are. The smiles are warm, welcoming, and genuine. The teamwork is seamless and flowing. Very professional, yet fun. The loan process is quick and painless and the rates are better than a lot of other places I've checked into. I've been kicking around a debt consolidation for a while now. I'm glad I took that step with Ms Donna and her team. The loan payment is about a third of what my monthly bills were!

  I highly recommend First Franklin. I've used them for quick loans multiple times, always a quick answer on approval and the customer service is unmatched! Regina, Donna and Roseanne are all so nice and eager to help! Go see them you won't be disappointed. Thanks ladies

  You need to go to this branch. The people here are fantastic. I went in to consolidate my loans and they treated me like royalty. Got my monthly payments drop and now only have 1 friendly place to go to. They are all wonderful to work with.

  We've throughly enjoyed doing business with 1st Franklin Financial in Crossville Tn.. The ladies in the office are super helpful & very nice. I would recommend 1st Franklin Financial to anyone. They're awesome!

  I gotta say, I was reluctant to take out an emergency loan, but when Covid hit and there was a delay in starting a great new job, it was the best option. I received a mailer from 1st Franklin, as well as many other companies, and 1st Franklin had the best rates, and they were also somewhat local. I live about 45 minutes from their office, but I have family in Crossville. I have been extremely impressed! I put the check directly in the bank, and I did get a call not long after making sure I knew the exact terms of what I did. I definitely had done my research, so I was comfortable in doing this. The online system has never worked for me to pay, so I do think they need some work there, but every time I call to pay (and I'm paying ahead...which is a great thing if you can do so), everyone is extremely kind and helpful. I received a call the other day asking if I needed any further assistance with funds. I'm very thankful to say I do not, but if anyone out there does, I would most definitely work with these fine folk at 1st Franklin Financial in Crossville. Thank you all!!
