  Tom is the go-to home loan advisor in Caldwell County. I was a first time home buyer in 2003, and he helped me get approved when others couldn't. I have recently become involved in the real estate world and sell properties on the market. Last year, he facilitated a sale in a scenario where the buyer was not represented by a real estate agent. I knew when his name was on the pre-approval letter, the deal was secure. A true professional.

  Tom helped me through every step to get my credit where it needed to be to get a house loan. If it wasnt for him i wouldnt be buying my first house. Hes very knowledgeable and can answer any question you have. He has answered ever call i have made to him

  The man has no idea what he is doing I loss about $1600 trying to buy a house that was spread out over a couple months. He would not answer the phone when I needed to talk to him, also kept pushing everything back which also lead to more fees. My opinion is use someone who is more professional, so you don't lose hard earned money.
