  Wow...I hadn't been in this place in a long time, but decided to stop by. When I walked in I thought they were going out of business, but didn't realize the store had a differentowner. No selection, high prices, and most shelves are empty. This used to be the best pawn shop around.

  If you are looking for a new or used weapon, this is the right place! Kevin knows just about everything there is to know. He will help you any way he can, he'll find the right weapon for you! He took extra time in helping my daughter find the right gun for her. And he also believes in this country, and I appreciate that :-) God Bless Our Country !!! UPDATE: Has been bought out, no longer doing business with them as Kevin is no longer there😢

  After the change in owners this business has went completely down hill. You can never get any help at gun counter, and even if you do the firearms are over priced. The people who work there also have a lack of knowledge about firearms. Plus the hours say they close at six but if you get there at 5:30 the systems are already shut down. Poor business.

  Extremely rude customer service, this place has definitely changed since new owner took over, and I REFUSE to do any business with a company who is a follower of the sheep brigade. Hope all your employees will enjoy unemployment when people stop coming there. Horrible business stay away from

  This used to not only be the best pawn shop in Lenoir but in my opinion the best pawn shop in Caldwell County. Just recently however they have been bought over buy a company based out of Texas and everything is changing for the worst. The thing about American trade and Loan that made it so great was the ambience of its employees and its environment. that's all changing , remodeling of the whole store, completely new employees who are not friendly at all. I hate to see an awesome place be thrown away like this

  The staff is rude and disrespectful, they don't wanna give u anything near what ur stuff is worth, plus they've been overpricing everything in the store soon they'll run out of business and end up having to close the Store down

  It's the place to go one of the last standing true American pawn shops. They still haggle on prices, they got a little bit of everything, if you need cash they get you a loan. Gotta to mention the big guy in the front that makes it all click. If Hollywood knew about this place there would be a show Pawn Stars of Lenoir. I have bought toola, guns, bows, golf clubs, and electronics here for years. There under new ownership but the guys up front are still old school.

  Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. This place used to be something. Now not so much. I know I'll never step foot in there again. The ONLY decent stuff they have you could get at Walmart new for a few more dollars. But they mostly have junk. Ripoff is what it is. Hopefully they are on their way out. .

  It was very slow as far as getting help at the rest. I had to take a trip all the way from granite falls to lenior because for 3 days straight I tried calling and no one would answer the phone . All I had was a ? About my due date ..... The girl that works here I mean I have seen her not answer the phone when she isn't busy with a customer or doing a sale and she just lets it ring ... I was in this location for an hour and half one day and the phone just kept ringing and ringing and she kept saying the other guy would have to do that she can't do gun pawns or some other pawns . Ok I get that but why can't you answer a phone??
