  Awesome is such a small word to describe John and Holly. They are AMAZING!!! Any questions or concerns my wife and I had, they didn't hesitate to answer or address them. John Schmidlin my lender specialists saved me from a lot of back and forth issues that some borrowers go through in underwriting. He told me what documents and/or what issues I needed to addressed regarding my credit, etc before going to the underwriters. So when it was time for the underwriters to review my documents, nothing else was needed at that time. Even later, there was only one other document the underwriters requested from me and Holly Smith stepped in to assist. She and john both kept me updated and they were determined to help me get that clear to close. They did not stop until it happened and it did. I would highly recommend John and Holly to anyone looking for a loan to purchase a home. Thanks John and Holly for making my wife happy. "Happy wife, happy life".😊 The Canty's

  What an amazing group!! John has always been a pleasure to work with and he and his team have never let me down. They just closed one for me, where I had the seller side, and we were able to close in 3 weeks. It’s always a great day when the lender asks if we can close early.   My experience with Amerifirst was incredible. John and Holly made my home buying process smooth, fast, and enjoyable. This was the quickest I have ever closed on any home I've owned. I would highly recommend Amerifirst in Lenoir for your home buying needs. Definitely a 5 star for me!!!

  I was referred to John S for a mortgage pre-approval, and it was definitely one of my better life choices. I walked in and spoke face to face with John. I was preapproved through my bank, but the customer service was spotty and it was hard to tell what was really going on. John went the extra mile to ensure everything was spot on perfect. Holly and Jay were great at replying and answering all of my questions. I found the house I wanted and John had a pre-approval letter to my realtor in minutes. Underwriting was actually easy ( now that it's over). Alot of that had to do with John, Jay and Holly making sure that everything was perfect. I urge you to skip the big banks and go talk face to face with an actual person at a local office. Thank you John, Holly and Jay, I could not be happier!! Kevin

  I want to thank John and Holly for being there at any giving time. Holly worked well into the even to have all the paperwork done so I could process my application. John was always available to either answer my questions or give me advice. A little side note, Holly loves Dunkin Donuts coffee. If you want the Best service, I fully recommend AmeriFirst Mortgage.   I can not speak highly enough about Amerifirst Home Mortgage. John and Holly were an absolute delight. They made the process seamless and simple. From start to finish it took less than three weeks and they were able to lock in a phenomenal interest rate. As someone who is not well versed in this field they really took the time to explain things to me which was greatly appreciate, I strongly recommend John and his team for any mortgage needs, they do not disappoint!
