She will then tell you that it is your own responsibility to despute it even though it was her own fault. This company and this individual are very shady.

She likes to run your credit several times and not tell you or have your permission (within a THREE DAY PERIOD) and trash your credit score, then tells you that it’s YOUR responsibility to fix HER mistake! She’s very shady, don’t do business with her, don’t trust her, do NOT let her destroy your credit!

  Watch out for Danielle Robinson that work in the office @ 920 South St., Nashville TN! Danielle ran my credit twice within 3 days a part, which decreased my credit score & she is now telling me that it’s my responsibility to get it removed!! Not only is she playing with my intelligence, she is the reason my credit score decreased!! DO NOT USE CROSS COUNTRY MORTGAGE OR DANIELLE ROBINSON, they do not care about people, they only care about their commission!!

  I got call from them i been shopping around for refinance since last 15 days. In last 15 days I never had any bad experience about call but Cross country mortgage customer agents are very rude . I never had this kind of bad experience in my life. They rude and never answer your question and will hang up phone on you . If i can give i will gave them zero star.

  Horrible Experience with Allison at the Murfreesboro location. Paid for my appraisal and taking my business elsewhere.
