Nothing short of a nightmare. I was interested in a credit card with a bonus. . It was advertised on another website about good credit cards. I clicked and applied. I am a senior person and try to be careful. the company that I contacted and advertised this was UPGRADE CARD. When I got a message the next morning i WAS asked to fill in additional information. They asked for my Social Security Number, I did, because I had initiated the requested the previous day. I also gave my credit card number and other information. I had some questions and called UPGRADE CARD. The first young man tried to help, but didn't have answers that made sense. After a few minutes I asked for someone who could help me understand the interest rate. He said he didn't know that question, but would send me to LOANS. I got to loans. The person in LOANS talked to me about the program, but I heard the same info that I got from the first man. I stopped him and asked again about the interest he double-talked. HERE IS THE KICKER. While I was talked to the second #2, I could hear my recorded conversation that I had with the first man #1 I mentioned it to him I could hear this. He said NO that isn't your recorded call. But he quickly closed the microphone. He said they were in different places it wasn't my conversation. I LET THAT DROP.. I asked again what I would be charged for using the card. I pressed him. Finally he said I could not pay off the purchases earlier than 20 days. I wanted to pay sooner so I would not incur interest charges. He said no I had to pay interest charges, they are added to every purchase. Then HE HUNG UP. We were not finished. I called back and talked to number # 3 another young man. Told him my story. I asked to talk to the second man in Loans. He said he shows I only talked to one man. The first man. He said I could not talk to a man in Loans because I had not been approved. I told him I had filled out the application and was asked for my complete social security number, which was not xxxxx out, my email address, and my password. . I was getting nervous. NOW THEY HAD MY NAME, SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER, AND MY PASSWORD. If I can not talk to the 2nd man in Loans that hung up on me. Let me talk to the manager. He said I could talk to the manager, and put me on hold and I listened to music for 27 minutes. NO ONE CAME BACK TO TELL ME IF THE MANAGER WAS AVAILABLE, UNAVAILABLE OR NOT IN THE BUILDING. I waited for 27 minutes listening to music. Run as fast as possible from UPGRADE CARD AND CROSS RIVER BANK. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS - DO A SEARCH AND SEE THEIR CUSTOMER REFERENCES.

I have reached out to this company in regards to a PPP loan being taken out in my name fraudulently. I did not apply nor did I give consent to a loan of any kind. I called cross river bank, I was told to check my email and I need to wait for further instructions. I have called this company three times with three different responses. One says yes they issued the loan to the person using my name and Social security, the other says I don’t see anything which it’s listed on the website and the last said she can’t talk to me. My life has changed drastically because of the stress from this bank.

I, along with a friend got an in depth an personal tour of the headquarters from one of the banks top executives. The staff couldn’t be nicer, and the work atmosphere was extremely conducive to productive work in a high quality of life type of way. The company also participated in many charitable projects and is extremely active when it comes to helping those less fortunate. I hope everyone can experience such wonders from a company that offers them. May God bless them with much continued success as they bridge new gaps on the way to more great achievements.

Very bad experience I am pppSBA has been approved in February, they write a bank account number, then I found the account mistakes, I asked to change, they cheat me said bank account system has been changed correctly, let my signature, the signature after more than two months I can't get money, has nobody reply email, telephone no one listen to, As a result, I cannot apply to other banks until now. Trash companies, con artists, don't believe a word they say!

I was approved for my first draw PPP loan on January 22nd at Cross River. Today it has been 11 days and I have still not received my signing documents. I emailed and called 3 times today and got generic answers from them. I called the SBA and they said the funds had already been deposited at Cross River and to call back and speak to a supervisor. I called Cross River back and asked to speak to a supervisor and they said there was no supervisor I could speak to. I told them I would hold until they could get a supervisor. They said there was no supervisors to speak to. I asked for a phone number of someone in charge. They said there was no phone number for anyone in charge. I emailed the same thing to their support. They said they would pass it onto management. My first concern is: Why is there no supervisor to speak to, and who is in charge at this bank. Even if and when I get my documents will I get my money that they already have. This is no way to do business. I need a number to someone who is in charge to speak with.

They should be investigated. I tried to reach out, but there is no email or phone and webform is just a black hole. Facebook chat support lies that they are not my lender. Stay away from Cross River Bank. They bite more than they can chew. They are named as a lender on all documents, but refusing to help in any way, forwarding me to a "servicing" partner Kabbage/KServicing, who are dropping calls and not answering emails since January.

Do not apply for the PPP with them. Response to Cross River Bank's response. I think that would be worthless as the rejection email specifically stated NOT to contact support as they would not be able to tell me why it was rejected or be able to assist me in reapplying.

      Response from the owner

Hi Scott, please send us an email at [email protected] so we can get a PPP specialist to assist you!

I too was blocked after asking for help figuring out why my PPP application had stalled out. How kind! Twitter was the only way to get them to respond – email, chat and phone are dead ends. Apply through ANYONE else.

I keep getting my ACH info denied. The info is correct. They have my loan money and will not release it. I have been talking to support and they do nothing. It’s been weeks and my business is suffering. Release my money!
