She was transparent when it came to rates in this crazy market! She also got us a great deal on lowering our PMI which made the payment lower so we loved that!   My fiancé and I worked with Julie Taylor. We received THE BEST service. She was very informative throughout the whole process since it was my first time buying a home. She gave us multiple options on loans and what fits best with our budget and our future. She was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond.   Pam Roben is absolutely the best!! She talked me through every step and always took care to make sure I knew what was going on and the status of our loan.   We had the best experience applying for our mortgage! It has been 30yrs since we have applied for one. Julie walked us through EVERY step and was so patient with our constant questions.
