Colin King1NEVER bank here. I came in to get a car loan and the person I worked with was very confident they would work something out for me. Turns out she was just leading me on because 3 hours before my appointment to receive this loan she sent me an email claiming they could no longer do it even though every thing asked of me was provided. I was notified of this only 3 hours before my appointment and 2 days before I was supposed to pick the car up, even though my first appointment was weeks prior, looks like the person I worked with waited last minute to talk with the supervisors about my loan... would give 0 stars if I could never bank here they preach false hope.

Daniel Saxon1Don’t waste your time at this establishment. I have been to different banks, but never have I ever been told that I have to physically come to a branch. If they don’t update their ability to help the customer they eventually, sooner than later, will be non existent. They can’t even put a lock on an account to stop all pending transactions from going through. With my experience they don’t have the technology expertise it takes to keep up in the industry or customer service related issues.

Ninja Mouse1Joined this credit union based on their ability to work with my other credit union. Was told to make a appt. To do transfer. Found out upon artival They aren't doing transfers. Drove from another state to do this. No communication. Will be closing this account.

Nichole W1Terrible, Terrible, Terrible I been dealing with this union for almost 20 years. Awsome at first but They have the worst customer now. I'm done with them in Greenville Sc. They are lazy and they make some of the stupidest mistakes and they can't fix it after. They will mess up your credit score and everything. Don't use this union. I brought 5 people in and I'm the only one still dealing with these jerks

Em Gu5Honestly I was a little scared walking in the branch, based on some of the reviews. I walked in with an opened mind and needless to say I had an amazing experience. I was greeted right away by a young lady, she was super friendly and made me feel like if I was home. She asked what brought me in. I sort of explained my situation and she immediately said no worries Ms. Marcia is the best and I know she can help you. I felt an instant security. Ms. Marcia rushed to greet me and opened my account she explained everything in detail and made me feel confident that I was making the right choice. Thanks to her I am saving so much money and I can afford saving for my children. I am glad I took the initiative of coming in. I am right where I needed it to be. I would most definitely recommend more people to come see these two young ladies! Thank you Truliant!

Amanda Jones1This is the worst credit union I've ever had. I decide to give this place a try, because my other credit union(NAVY FEDERAL) isn't anywhere near me. However; this place is horrible and I'll never use them again. I'm sticking with Navy Federal and TD bank, after I close this account.
Response from the ownerHi Justyce, thank you for reaching out. I apologize for this experience. We never want to disappoint our members and I was wondering if I might be able to learn a little more about what happened. Could we have one of our representatives reach out to learn more? If that's okay would you be able to send us a private message or email to [email protected] with a good time of day to call and phone number and I'll have someone reach out? Again, I apologize for this experience. ^HC

TLC1The service at Truliant has taken a nose dive in the past two years. Whenever an issue comes up it takes days to get straightened out. After being a member for over 25 years, I think there are better options.
Response from the ownerHi TLC, I apologize for any issues with timeliness and we never want to disappoint our members - would I be able to have one of our assist team members follow up by phone? If that's okay, please send me an email to [email protected] or a private message and we'll work out a time to have them call. I apologize again and hope we can still help. ^HC

t bliss2Low rates, nice staff but their services are antiquated and way too far behind the times. I shouldn't still be subject to a HP for a CLI in 2019. I couldn't imagine moving all my business to them when nothing is automated.
Response from the ownerHi T Bliss, thank you for reaching out. We apologize for this experience and hope we can still help. We never want to disappoint our members. Truliant offers the Tru2Go mobile app, with a streamlined, seamless online or app loan experience. Additionally, memberships can be opened online and we work hard to make sure we give members a great digital experience. These are just a few of the digital services we offer members so they can bank on their schedule. If there's more I can still help with, please send me a message to [email protected] & I'll have a representative reach out. ^HC
