  Not sure if I already rated this company, but will gladly do it again. I just refinanced my house with Caliber, and it was easy as pie. Jerry and his assistant Pam are always ready to answer any questions, no matter how many times you ask the same question. I got an excellent rate, and the whole process was absolutely painless. This is the second time I’ve gone through Caliber. I also used them when I first bought my house in April of last year. Since then I have recommended them to my sister and her husband, as well as to my ex-husband and his wife, all of whom have also used Caliber twice, and have been extremely happy with them. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

  Dan & his team left us 100% satisfied for the 2nd time in 14 months! Last year he helped my husband and I with our purchase, and this year after rates dropped like crazy he helped us refinance. We are both self-employed borrowers, which makes the loan process a little trickier than normal (especially during a Pandemic with special lending requirements), but everything was stress-free, straightforward, and much faster than projected. Dan is a proactive communicator, he always kept us in the loop, and his kind and easygoing nature helped us feel assured that we were in good hands. We would absolutely recommend him to anyone and everyone!
