  They are the worst place I've ever had the discomfort of dealing with. They lie to you when you sign up for items. Telling you one price then in the end they throw on all kinds of interest. I got charged 1000 dollars of interest because I had a remaining balance of 200 dollars at the end of the 120 days the whole time I had my payments ahead of what I was supposed to. They are the rudest staff and worst place to ever get anything just go to Aaron's or rent a center they are better

  This company is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. They are rude and lie constantly they tell you one thing then do another. I dont know how a company as shady as this can stay open. They told me one price for an item then after everything was done and over I ended up paying triple what the original agreed price was. The staff is all rude and dont know how to conduct themselves professionally the whole time talking to the guy he kept spitting his tobacco in a bottle which was verry gross to see every 5 seconds.

  Really polite staff, always helpful and willing to look up information for you and answer questions. Nice selection of items and the prices aren't too high for a rent to own business. They are very vigilant about contacting you if you miss a payment, but that's expected and isn't too pushy in my opinion, since their business depends on people making payments and not taking off with their stuff. I've used them multiple times, and each time was a simple, fast process that didn't feel like too much work. A good place to go if you are considering a rent to own option. My only note of caution would be that you have to be careful when setting up your account and making sure it's exactly the schedule you want, or it very quickly gets crazy and it takes some time to figure out and correct the problem.

  They say if you get behind they will work with you that’s a joke they want you to triple up your payments and also my daughter had called one nite to set up an arrangement the lady said she would have to talk to her supervisor never heard back then they finally called 4 days later my wife and daughter go to make a payment they tried to set up a reasonable payment arrangement and the lady didn’t go for it they said we would have to pay 200 a week to get it caught up we weren’t that far behind so my wife and daughter told the rude lady to just come get the stuff and then the lady said if we come get all of it then we would never be able to get anything there again. (No love lost there)

  if you miss just one payment by accident or slip up they will call you more than a creepy stalker that follows you everyday. i understand reminders but don't harrass or be rude like every phone call has been i made my payment and will be sending my stuff back not worth being stalked by some appliance place...worst staff ever.
