  We love our Used Toyota Sienna we purchased from Jim Bass. The entire process was smooth and easy. Clint met us as we walked in and helped us choose the perfect vehicle and he made sure everything was up to standard. We had our little girls with us and he even did everything he could to keep them happy while we did what we needed to.

  Although buying a car can be a super stressful process our sales rep, Todd, made the entire process as seamless and pleasant as possible and we walked away with not one but TWO new vehicles. Couldn’t be happier with our purchase and with Ford’s customer service, incentives and buying process.

  They don't offer a trade value nor due they have quality vehicles. Sales men that I dealt with tried to make me out as an idiot. The guy that met me on the lot was extremely rude. Don't waste your time with these people not worth the headache!

  This was my fourth new truck from Jim Bass Ford. Each buying experience has met my expectations. The sales personnel have always been extremely helpful and willing to assist. They answered all my questions and were very friendly. From truck selection, test drive, sales discussion, and final financing options, all were positive experience.   This service department is a joke. They want an arm and a leg For any service. 4x the cost to replace ford lug nuts. 200.00 here and 50.00 at Discount Tires. They also will not honor their service coupons. Said I could get tires rotated at no charge if I brought a coupon but then wanted to charge me 50.00. Watch for their scams!!!

  I recently purchased a Chevy Equinox from this dealership and I am very pleased with the vehicle. I have purchased vehicles in the past and dealt with shady characters but my experience with Dusty Padilla was how I believe a sales representative should present themselves. He was honest, professional, and wasn't trying to put me into any vehicle, but get me into one that I was completely satisfied with. He worked with the Finance team and I drove away in exactly the vehicle I wanted and needed. I would like to thank Dusty for the best experience in purchasing a vehicle so far and I will recommend my friends, family, and co-workers go to Dusty for their vehicle needs.

  Let me just start by saying the vibe in the service area is shady. I brought my truck in to get an oil change I wanted to show the tech a couple small drops of oil I spotted while I was rolling around under the truck this weekend so he could take a look at it and make sure it was nothing major.The lady who seemed to kinda be orchestrating the circus said “don’t worry they’ll see it when there doing the oil change”. You can tell she’s the type that listens to respond, not to understand. I get my receipt back at the end and notice they put the wrong weight oil in my truck. The talk before she thinks lady tried saying they put 15 -40 in because of the dry climate blah blah blah also says ford may have changed the weight, they haven’t I’ve had my oil changed in places from Cali- Florida it’s 10-30 everywhere I go. They agree to put the prescribed oil in. 2.5 hrs later not one apology and the nerve to charge 25 more bucks cause 10-30 is more expensive I’m on the road. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. Trust is a big deal when it comes to servicing 80,000 dollar trucks this place should not be trusted and their lack off ownership of mistakes indicate they will not change.

  Your offer is WHAT? Ludicrous. Just tell me you really didn't want my vehicle. There is a scratch here & there, that will cost them! New it is not. Thanks much for your Time. 2013 Edge- Lance! I'm sure if I would view your lot used/new vehicles all would have no imperfections?? Why do some dealers think everyone is ignorant/gullible. $5,000.00 offer for my Edge, a complete insult! Is it a mockery of my name? Certain it wasn't an oversight with the spelling. I call no one- just to listen to your script. Another try? Not! Your first impression with me, is the Bass Protocol. Integrity!
