  Unprofessional young staff. I am from out of town and none of my banks are here. I received a check from Wells Fargo insurance this location and the one on 29th street refused to cash it even though I was using the money to pay my Wells Fargo mortgage which is behind since I can’t cash the check anywhere. My mortgage is from Wells Fargo!! I was told I have to go to Abilene Tx to another bank to cash this check but only if I open an account at that bank. I told the girl M. Muñoz that I am sole 24/7 caregiver for my brother and father and this is the only time I could leave them with someone I hired with the only cash I have on hand. She tells me I have to go to Abilene Tx. I repeated with tears in my eyes that I cannot leave my ill brother and 92 year old father alone much less go to Abilene. I asked for the supervisor and he said the same thing. I told them they have no compassion. M. Munoz continued to repeat the same thing over and over with a big smirk on her face. In the meantime, I am stuck with a check and getting behind on my mortgage with the same bank I have my mortgage Wells Fargo! Corporate will hear about this. If I lose my house Wells Fargo in San Angelo will have to buy me a new one.

  Even as a member of the bank, you are unable to get closing paperwork done on a house, unless you got your mortgage through Wells Fargo. This is utterly idiotic, as, if you moved to texas from another state, and used a different bank they will not allow you to close. Customer service is lacking, the bankers are snippy and it's as if the customer is always wrong. Very dissatisfied with my visit, and I will be shutting down my account with Wells Fargo. Banker we visited was Brittany Hill, and I'm not sure the managers name, but she was the unnatural horribly bleached blonde hair, and refused to even consider any type of leeway, regardless of the law of needing a notary to close. What's the point in having an account if they aren't willing to be the Customers bank, rather than the branch manager's bank.

  Awesome experience I opened an account yesterday and went in with some questions today. Everyone I met was so nice. Sylvia and Eric (the bank manager) really made me feel welcome. I never had that at my previous bank. I'm so glad I made the switch. I highly recommend THIS WF BRANCH if you are looking for a new bank. ❤️👍🏼🤑😁

  The tellers (people at the counter) and bankers (people in their own cubicles) are all invariably friendly and easy to talk to. Sometimes the wait is a little longer than I'd like, but they recently had a bunch of employees leave because they were done with their college courses. Each person I've spoken with has either known well how to do their job or who to turn to if they needed help. I wish more services (like withdrawals) were available through the drive-up tellers. Overall, I like this bank and intend to continue doing business here.

  One of 4 of the most corrupt banks that is around. Anyone that wishes to have their information used in appropriately and run a very high chance of being robbed then join Wells Fargo. The bank just recently fired people for stealing. For everyone out there we should fire this bank from the people. Crooked as it gets .

  This bank is horrible!!!! You can't deposit cash into your own kids account that lives out of state. Unless your on the account. NO ONE is trying to take money out. However they would take a money order. I (and my kids) have be a member for 13 years. Completely RIDICULOUS. Please dont bank here. We will be closing all of accounts .

  Love the bankers and tellers here. The way they treat you is more like friends or valued customers rather than just a way to get another paycheck like most banks (and even some other WF branches).

  Good bank. Yes, the drive-through is slow sometimes, but as a Wells Fargo stockholder I'm glad to see they're not wasting money on unnecessary staff.

  Best Bank my granddaughter at University in New Mex. Got her money..I had her account number and info. Thank you 😊very professional staff
