      I'm not even a member here, but Michelle, the branch manager, took quite a bit of time out of her morning to help me address a sensitive financial issue that was only incidentally related to Credit Union ONE. It was a selfless gesture, and undoubtedly indicative of the kind of service their members enjoy on a daily basis.

      With only 1 location in all of Northern Michigan and our closest branch an hour away, I would still never switch banks. Best rates-Best Reps-Best approval odds.       Hannah is a wonderful customer service representative. She answered all the questions I had about my personal loan. I look forward to banking with this company. Edit: I really wish there were a way to contact the T c branch directly, instead of calling an 800 number and trying to explain things to people who don't even speak English. I got frustrated and hung up after being transferred twice.
