  Castle hills branch is one of my favorite. And the person who helps me a lot is Gina Joseph. She’s so wonderful, professional and very kind. She reply to my email so quick if I have questions. Gina is a good asset to CUTX. I am very pleased and grateful I’ve met such an excellent banker. Thumbs up Ms Gina! Keep up the good work! Blessings to you and your family!!

  The Credit Union of Texas is phenomenal, especially The Colony location. I recently had my account compromised due to fraud and Gina Joseph helped my husband and I. She was fantastic. She kept me up to date with everything they were doing to help us until everything was done. She explained everything very well and the process was seamless. 10/10 highly recommend.

  Pretty smooth experience overall. I'm a fan of short waits and helpful professionals, both of which are the norm at this branch of the CU. Questions about my account were answered handily by the tellers up front, and the one time I required a manager, Amanda W was on hand and extremely amicable. Would recommend banking here

  I can only assume this places makes enough money to not have to worry about communication with potential clients. 2 stars for the front end; they opened the door with a smile nice touch. 0 stars for the back end. I was assured an underwriter would be reaching out to me within an hour. I called them after 2 and was told my under writer Renee(male)is at lunch but would call me as soon as he returned. I called after another hour and a half. I'm typing this while I'm waiting on the hold he placed me on without a word in hopes of discouraging. Probably going to go somewhere else to get that motorcycle itch scratched! Shout out to Gina though; she's cool.

  I always get great service at the branch near The Colony. Most of them know me by name and that is nice. Gina has been there a long time and is always helpful to me and my family. Thank you, Gina, for great customer service!

  Zero customer service, impossible to get anyone on the phone, nobody knows how to answer questions and transfers you around. Auto loans require a manual upload of your insurance declaration once a year. I've sent the required paperwork via email, uploaded to the third-party website over 10x, and spent over an hour on the phone proactively trying to resolve this. I just received a charge for my declaration not being received. Complete joke of an establishment. Currently searching for a rate match to move my loan.

  Regardless of "HIGH GAS PRICES", I will drive extra miles to Castle Hills for OURSTANDING Service. My Memeber Relationship Specialist, Gina Joseph, just knows how to provide exceptional care when it comes to banking. Gina was able to refinance my car lowering the interest rate. Applying for credit increase was easy. Gina was able to lower the APR % while I waited.   Your calls don’t get answered. Checks missing. Report it to your credit then tell you it was magically found later. Can’t wait to switch
