This is by far the worst Bank of America location there is. You will wait 1 hour to be serviced. One teller is not enough. This location needs to be shut down. It’s like they aren’t open anyway.

I am so glad I only have to deal with B of A once a month to drop off my rent check for my landlord, because it is ALWAYS a hassle. Seriously, this bank is only open on weekdays from 10-4? I'm a public school teacher working from 7:15 to 3:45. And when I do manage to get to the bank before close, there is almost always a line because only 1 teller is helping people. Today I watched the teller call for help and, after helping the teller, the other employee walked away and didn't acknowledge me (or the 5 people behind me) at all.

      Response from the owner

This review is not about this branch but about the whole BOA. They only give around 0.01% interest rate for our deposits like many other banks. When we take a loan or mortgage they charge 4-6% interest tate. what ridiculous profit-making? We get 0.01 % interest rate on our deposit. We have to give back 400 to 600 times more amount when borrowing money from them as interest. It is nothing but exploitation and unprofessional business practice.

How can I do business with a bank that stays closed 24 hours a day 7 days a week? Can somebody tell me how? I do not do business on the internet. Once upon a time I had a great relationship with Bank of America. But not anymore. I have to find another bank yesterday. Today is Tuesday. And Bank of America is closed. Still cannot access my money. Pathetic.

      Response from the owner

Good morning Keith, we apologize for any inconvenience. Some locations may either be temporarily closed or operating at limited hours. Here is a link that can help you quickly find your nearest locations and hours: https://locators.bankofamerica.com/. ^michael

They couldn’t see us until an hour after our scheduled appointment. If that’s their level of commitment to their customers’ time, why bother scheduling anything?

It’s been about 10 minutes, still waiting in line for a teller while the bank manager just sits there browsing online. She states teller is in the restroom. We are still waiting! The bank manager her is awful. Very rude. 9/22/21 @11:40 am

I had an appointment for notary services that I made several days ago. When I showed up the representative told me they tried to call me that morning because their notary had an emergency. I told her did not have any calls. Then she changed her story saying she didn’t have my number on file to be able to call. I’ve been a banking customer with BofA since 2004 and haven’t changed my phone number since then. What a load of BS. I’m contemplating leaving for good. Stay away from this branch. Update: per BofA’s social media team comment left on my review, I reached out to their team the next day and provided them my contact information. To which they finally replied a week later: “Thank you again for your feedback. We have documented your complaint and forwarded your concerns to the proper leadership team. Let us know if we can be of future help. ^jennifer” Just letting you know they don’t I’m so much besides forward the obvious and waste time.

This is now my “go to” BOA branch. I had multiple activities to complete. The tellers were responsive and the teller manger stepped in quickly to approve and ensure my needs were met. Jose, Relationship Manager, helped me with my next task, polite and answering all questions, offering additional assistance. Kyle, Bank Manager, provided connects and explanations for my next task.

      Response from the owner

Hi Brian. Thanks for letting us know how helpful Jose and Kyle was during your financial center visit. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know what we’re doing well. ^mark

Wish I could give this branch zero stars.. the leadership is terrible.. I came one day to make a deposit and they said their teller was out and to come back in a few hours... all the while the manager was standing there and I'm thinking I myself have been a bank manager why can't you show some leadership skills and jump on a teller? That's what I would have done...Instead of inconveniencing your customers who already are inconvenienced by your bankers hours and terrible service. There is always a line at this bank they usually have one teller working at the busiest times ... just terrible wish I didn't have to come but my employer banks here unfortunately.

Visiting on a Saturday- 14 people in line for the tellers. 2 tellers working, 3 customer service reps not doing anything, 1 teller manager just watching, and 1 customer service manager standing around looking at the line. So they have 7 people working and currently 71% of their wage expense is going to non-productive time. You would think with 14 clients waiting, at least 2 of these customer service reps could be cross trained for teller services. This would literally double productivity and significantly increase customer satisfaction (and probably employee satisfaction since I would be really annoyed of I was one of these two tellers working my butt off). I know bank of America can afford a process improvement specialist, but obviously they won't- so there is some free advice. Hopefully they take it.
