  Needed to withdraw money because of SSA regulations no problem in And out alot faster and easier service than Bank of America which I used to have. If Bank of America might want to switch less fees I highly recommend this bank conviently located near Target and Walmart POMONA CA

  I been getting loans at the Pomona credit union for years and now since its been switched over to this new credit union I'm being denied that's terrible I always pay my loans on time and pay them off I just dont understand been with my credit union for over 20years

  Treated my wife terrible. Made her wait forever then super impatient and racist when she finally got helped. Don’t go here. She left here almost in tears.

  In times of need and you been doing business for a long time and ask for a loan and you are turn down is not a good feeling ! Wish I new about cal credit union then I take my business long ago thank you for looking out for me when no one else would ! Now I can buy better equipment to better serve my clients!   I became a member not so long ago, but what I can definitely say is, my experience was one for the books! Unlike any other experience I’ve had in the past with other big name banks. Seriously! It’s a small bank, but don’t let it fool you. Small location, but I promise the staff makes up for it! Great customer service, very professional, and a super friendly environment! I went in to open up an account, and I was then greeted by a super bubbly and great spirited women by the name of “Vi”. Well I am so very thankful I had the opportunity of being warmly welcomed into credit union by her (Vi). Had a very new experience opening up my account. She was beyond informative (BELIEVE ME WHEN I SAY, I-N-F-O-R-M-A-T-I-V-E), informed me of a few too many financial key elements, that naively I was not aware of, not the same geebirish nonsense you hear over and over by these other big bank bankers!I listened on as she was guiding me, and as well as educating me in future banking decisions for the future. I have not met a banker so eager to help inform me of a lot of outside future decisions! I’m so used to fake bankers, but not in this case! She was really down to earth, but yet very professional without missing a bit of information. Thank you very much credit union, and as well as for your greatly spirited, professional, and enthusiastic employee (VI)!   The one star is because I couldn't open an account. I was not able to open it without proof of address and could only use certain documents to prove it such as car registration, insurance, etc things I do not not have. I dont drive therefore I have no car registration or insurance. My utility bills are included in the rent but its under my husbands name... 😣 they had a last option which was to run my credit but then that would affect it so therefore there was really nothing else i could do. The gentleman who helped me actually seemed to try and be helpful, again the one star is just for this credit union and its stupid policies and not really for the people that work there. I will just have to take my business elsewhere 💁

  I can't believe I am stuck with this CU just because they bought out Gold West Cities CU. None of their phones are answering and out of service and I can't even log on to my account online. I'm starting to wonder if they are out of business. I wish they offered a zero star rating because that is what I would give them. I never had any problem with Golden West after over 20 years.   The new look give a open kool feeling, all tellers are warm friendly persons. Recommended to anyone wanting to join a good credit union.

  No one answers their customer service line. I have 2,000 dollars sitting in my account that I need urgently and can't even withdraw 20. No holds or pending transactions. I'm trying to call and no dammm answer if I can't pay for my dad's medication and he gets more ill you trust and believe I'm going to sue this bank!!! Had about enough of them not being able to service their customers NO issue at all with Western Federal CU.

In an effort to protect Members’ accounts, a card may be temporarily blocked after unusual activity. When this happens, we try to reach our Members by phone as soon as possible to verify their recent card activity.
