  If you are looking for an Islamic financing company which is also professionally managed , look no further. Br Mayzer Ramadan was very easy to work with - even though I live in Chicago and had access to local resources , I chose to deal with him as I heard lot of praises about how well he makes the entire process from initial pre-approval to closing smooth and without any hassles. He keeps you in the loop at every step and follows up after the closing. May Allah SWT reward him and the UIF organization at large for serving the Ummah !

  From Mohammed Aliyar I recently bought my first house in Massachusetts through UIF Corporation. My loan officer is Jacquelyn Rua, she is very good at her work and she always answer your phone no matter how late it is, she is a very good guide for the first home buyers. She guided me all the way through the whole process step by step. I wish every loan officer should help like this to others.

  I had great experience working Br. Mayzer and team for my home refinance. Br Mayzer was very patient and responsive throughout. Even when during the first attempt we hit the hurdle of flood map amendment certification, he was very understanding and supportive. Once it was resolved it was smooth sailing then on. Br Mayzer recommended me to lock the rates at the right time and that turned out to be good for us. I highly recommend Br. Mayzer for his knowledge, courtesy and professionalism. Jazakallah khair!

  I would highly recommend UIF to anyone looking to buy a house for the first time or refinance. Unlike other financial institutions, I have found UIF team members Mayzer Ramadan and Shahnaz Shahab professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The whole process of refinance took a mere 4 weeks and indeed I got a great deal Alhumdolillah.

  Horrible experience overall. They took more than their potential or capabilities. Took more than 5 months in processing. Only answer was that the under writers are extremely busy. I felt completely ignored. Sensed biased approach as well. Me and a friend of mine started the process together, him with guidance and was able to close the house with in 2 months even during pandemic. I made a huge mistake. Everything happens for a reason...

The pandemic did bring up many challenges and we have now worked through them to be able to complete the process sooner and more efficiently. The mortgage buying process also involves cooperation from the buyer includes sending in documents in a timely manner and keeping their financial status the same without changing jobs or adding additional liabilities that can affect their approval. We strive to offer the best service and will continue to make the process even better than it is today.
