  Usually banks are pretty boring but Damiere got a good vibe. Really brings a good comfortable atmosphere that you don't get in a lot of banks. Very clean facility with complimentary tea, coffee, and hot chocolate.

  This new building for Credit Union 1 is Absolutely BEAUTIFUL! It looks and gives kind of an Apple Store vibe. Great customer service and free drinks. They did a REALLY GREAT job renovating this branch! 👏

  We opened our kids accounts at this location and it was an incredible experience for all of us. After the accounts were open they took us into a private advisory room and walked us through how to use their new ITM machines and how to log into the mobile app. My pre-teens can now deposit their own Christmas/birthday checks through and watch the balance in their accounts grow. The Member Relationship Officers were so patient and kind, and hot cocoa from Starbucks coffee was an added bonus.

  It's ok. Bank not up to date with technology. People are really slow. My great grandma could do transactions faster. When ever you make deposit or withdraw you're guaranteed to be in line for 30 minutes anytime you go.

  Fairly fast service, best loan rates. When I come in, the wait for a teller is rarely 10 minutes, and half the time, I'm in, seen, and back out the door in 5 minutes.

  Worst drivethru ever. way to inconvenience your customers. 45min plus waits. What a joke every transation is 10min. Plus.

  Slowest bank I have ever been to on numerous occasions. Not sure if it is the staff or leadership, if you are like me always In a hurry this is not the bank for you.

To start, we took away all teller lines and added virtual teller machines into the lobby and drive-up so you can independently complete routine branch transactions. Should you need assistance, these machines have local, virtual employees available via a tap of the screen. These machines free up in-branch employees for non-routine service, to personally consult on questions or be readily available to facilitate more complex financial situations.
