  I went in to open a new account and had a wonderful experience with fantastic customer experience. I decided to check out Denali Credit Union first, because they fit more of my banking needs, but to my surprise I received terrible customer service. I left immediately and went over to Alaska USA, which was in the same parking lot as Denali. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and assisted by a gentleman named Jameel. He was professional, quick but didn't rush me, patient (I ask a lot of questions), friendly and knowledgable. Fantastic experience.

  We came about 45 minutes before closing and expected our task to take a short time. It actually dragged out to 90 minutes, past their closing time. We felt so bad about keeping the employee working with us that late, but she was so polite and made sure the task was completed while talking to someone at another location on the phone to make sure it was done correctly. Their customer service went above and beyond our expectations. Thank you so much for sticking through it, we appreciate it!

  Terrible experience. We came in to finalize a car loan. Waited almost two hours. The agents we worked with didn’t know what they were doing. They got pre approved for the loan of the car I was selling based off of what the car is worth. Then once they found out that I owed $10 less than what I was selling it for, they basically changed the buyers pre approve amount. The car was worth a like over $8000. And they gave her a loan of 70% of what it was worth. So why did they change the amount from 70% of what the car was worth to 70% of what I owed on the car, which I owed $6490.09. The car is not worth $6490.09 it was worth a little over $8000. Then they tried to give me a check for $585. And the black lady keep trying to say I didn’t know how this works. No apologies, only attitude and confusion.

  It’s never a long wait in line when I go there! The tellers are so nice and always act happy to see me ! This is what I love about it... Excellent Customer Service ! Everyone should take some tips from ur employees Cuhz their the BEST !
